Feast your eyes on the third proboscidean figure for the upcoming Prehistoric Elephants series by Creative Beast Studio and Eons!
Like the woolly mammoth we saw in our last entry, this figure will boast a heap of articulation. Can’t wait to see how it looks painted.
The Gomphotherium will be the first stretch goal of the Prehistoric Elephants crowdfund, which launches in just 13 days. Also planned are Platybelodon and Moeritherium. Personally, I’m hoping that we also get the adorable Mediterranean dwarf elephant Palaeoloxodon falconeri, as little tuskers deserve attention as well. Plus it would cost less and take up less display space!

Very excited about this series but i do wish they would do away with the mid torso articulation. There will be virtually no range of motion with it and it really disrupts the nice lines of the sculpt. Limb and head articulation is all that’s necessary..
I want it!
Okay, I am the first to admit I’m not talking about a prehistoric elephant, but could Eons come out with a Paraceratherium? You, while they are making huge quadrupeds…. Asking for a friend.
