Thank you! I guess subconsciously I want people to like the figures I like :-[ .

Quote from: Stegotyranno420 on September 07, 2022, 09:48:59 PMTwo of, in my opinion, the best tyrannosaurine figures to date.

I can only agree. And as if that weren't enough, here's one more tyrannosaurid .......

Looks like your Tarbo has been enjoying a juicy, blood red steak or something. I guess "mom" wasn't big on teaching post-meal  dental hygiene. I've added that touch to a couple of my theropods too. Gives 'character'.

Yes, but this was the way I bought the model. The Tarbosaurus kind of has the nastiest look of all PNSO theropods.

Found this old pic and I like it.
It's nostalgic ... from my early DTF years, around 2011 ... from the days when German manufacturers made intersting figures.

Great shot and I agree on you that there was a time when German manufacturers made interesting figures.

There is still Wild Past at least. Warthog hunting is a brilliant scene.

Sorry for the late reply avatar_TooOldForDinosaurs @TooOldForDinosaurs. I have been to the hospital for a few days.
Lambeosaurus & Mukawaryu have their own bases, the later supported by two small rubber pucks I found in the streets.
Tsintaosaurus got a base from Takara's Dino Expo 2011 set. The black cube for the Anatotitan came with Nirvanature Studio's Arapaima.

Very nice blend of sauropods, avatar_postsaurischian @postsaurischian . Your thread certainly continues to live up to its rubric.

Awesome collection! I adore these little critters - I think I already saw your (?) post on these on the animal toy forum. If they wouldn't have to ship so far I would totally own some of these too already :)

ceratopsian

That is an impressive assemblage of a fascinating animal.

Yes, that was in 2016 and the number of figures was 10. The little collection is growing slowly :) .

avatar_TooOldForDinosaurs @TooOldForDinosaurs, do you live in Switzerland? I have a complete Kitan Club / Nature Techni Colour - Salamander & Newts set for sale and Germany is not too far away.
If you're interested in the Giant Salamander or any of the other figures of the set, you can send me a PM.

It has been fascinating me since my childhood. We have one here at our little natural history museum in Karlsruhe.
The first time I saw him was about 50 years ago and he's still alive ^-^ .

There are two more figures included in Kaiyodo's CapsuleQ Museum set No.10.
Not as interesting as the other two, but still worth mentioning.

  T. rex again - I can't believe I got another Kaiyodo Tyrannosaurus rex miniature ;D .

How wonderful to hear your museum has succeeded in keeping him/her alive for so long. 50 years is a long time for you to have known the salamander!

The Triceratops make a well balanced array. I like the dynamism of the 2022 in the centre.

avatar_ceratopsian @ceratopsian - The Giant Salamander is even in the logo of our museum (we also have a pyramid here in Karlsruhe, hence the design).

Argh! I've just read that our old Salamander was given to Prague in exchange for several young. That is really incongruous.
The young though have grown meanwhile and look pretty beautiful. I should go there soon and have a look at them.
Link for those who may be interested.

ceratopsian

Thank you for the update and correction regarding the giant salamander. That must have been a bit of a shock! I wonder if they are hoping to breed from the young ones.
