I made the nostrils on mine further back, reasoning if his snout was underwater a lot it might do to have them further back to breath easier?

I thought it was going to be Grab and Go because that was what the old one was going to be.

It is an interesting, well made interpretation. While I still prefer the Mesozoic Life(i will be frank, it looks more draconic and awesomebro, while being in the realm of reality), and I am indifferent to the issue of lips and spine since it is ongoing(and please i dont want to turn this into a lips thread), both are on par in accuracy. I think this could be  an omen for PNSO and MLP to release theirs, if they do have one in line.

Quote from: Lynx on June 15, 2023, 01:59:10 PMI'll definitely be picking it up since it's already a Grab n Go, which tend to be far cheaper. And plus, Spinosaurus doesn't really have any good model representations yet. It being a biped and not a quadruped or tripod definitely interests me.
Rebor haven't stated that it is a Grab n Go unfortunately. So I am going to assume it is part of their mainline figures. Like the Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus coming up.

But, I doubt it would exceed in price past ~$60 based on their Kiss/Tusk Tyrannosaurus models.

The render has an articulated jaw, a sign that this will likely be a solid PVC figure, and not a hollow, vinyl G'N'G.

Question, while going through a long period of just scrolling through this entire thread, I saw that there was some plans for the Utahraptor to be remade. Did this ever go through, or was it just an idea/plan to possibly do?

Well Rebor did mention in the Diplodocus thread, in a response to me that the feet on the Spinosaurus have since been corrected, and they shared this new image which shows that is indeed the case. I imagine it will still be a bit of a wait before this is finished, but I'm certainly stoked for this. Big upgrade from the canceled GNG versions.

are the Giganotosaurus and spinosaurus going to have bendy wires? I hope not, since it makes me worried about breaking the paint

Lynx

I already have the Schleich spinosaurus which I'm very happy with, so I probably won't pick this one up, but a spinosaurus model especially of this quality is always exciting!

I'm not sure how I feel about lips on Spinosaurus? It's a bit like Ceratosaurus I guess.  Maybe there will be two versions of it as well.

That'll be a nice boxday come September.

Price seems to fit George's generous size... 40cmX30cm from what I understand...

I couldn't decide so ordered both.

Even though both George and Bizkit are a bit larger than the previous GNG products, it appears the price vector for the series has risen...

Would've been cool if we got a smaller American Alligator model as well, to scale with the Deinosuchus and Sarcosuchus.

Yeah but I'm sure that has something to do with costs rising at every stage of production?
