It is bizarre how the only Giraffatitan figure named as such is the W Dragon model

I'd rather they made Giraffatitan instead of Brachiosaurus altithorax because the former is far more well-known. But I'm expecting the brachiosaurid will be the latter because the name Brachiosaurus is more popular.

This is the same reason why there are more Oviraptor figures than there are for Citipati, even though Oviraptor depictions are usually based on Citipati.

Haolonggood has produced so many figures in this year that one of them is easily forgotten.

News from EverythingDinosaur regarding the latest Haolonggood Shipment:

"Vessel is due to dock Felixstowe on the 8th December, we hope to have the Argentinosaurus along with the Xenoceratops and the Triceratops figures in stock by 15th December or thereabouts." - Mike

Shouldn't be too long a wait now for fellow UK collectors! Hopefully we can get our hands on the big beauty before Christmas.

I guess it came out wrong. I like the figure. I mean it is a crime, that we not have more models of Giraffatitan out there. That's all.
Maybe Haolonggood offers it soon.

Actually every "Brachiosaurus" model out there IS Giraffititan!!!!!!!!!

D @Daspletodave The Bandai Plannosaurus one is shockingly actually Brachiosaurus, but it did come out this year. Otherwise this definiely holds true.

Also there's a small handful of Brachiosaurus figures out there that are skeletally more similar to B. altithorax but have a Giraffatitan skull.

I've been traveling so pardon if this is old news but I got what I finally wanted but with a sad twist, I had been waiting for the Argentinasurus to show up on their amazon but after they did so the price is insane, all the gift cards I have wouldn't make a difference lol, curious on what everyone thinks, I'm holding out hope maybe lanatimes shop on amazon might be more reasonable but if anything I guess I'll bite the bullet and just get it on another site (ill take any recs on the cheapest site)

They posted a message on their Amazon page, saying that because of Amazon's strict shipping time requirements they were forced to pay for an extremely expensive shipping option, and to apologize for the high price, they'll be including a random custom painted model with each Argent

But why are you not directly ordering from Lana? I mean from their website? If you live in the US this should not be any problem.

yeah that's what I saw but I don't think its worth it for that price, with shipping, the average on other websites are like 200-300 right?

I was just holding off on doing so because I had around 100 or so in amazon gift cards saved up, so amazon felt like the best option but now not so much :/
