Looks like Stavros has been delayed to March 2025 :-\

Blade-of-the-Moon

Yeah I saw that..if the big Dragon goes up I might cancel this one to use the funds on his preorder.

I preordered Bigbadtoystore's Zorka robot from the Bela Lugosi serial THE PHANTOM CREEPS a long, long time ago.
Bigbadtoystore's website said it would be shipped in July----then August---then September---then October---and now, November.

I haven't received any "Thank you for Pre-ordering frrom Bigbadtoystore!" emails about the delay, just the shipping-month changes on their website.

I wonder if these email communications are in some way influenced by the manufacturer - I have had a few things on BBTS pre-order and I didn't receive email updates for all delays

Yeah, I've been considering that too. I wasn't too sold on it at first but Beyithirr has certainly grown on me these last few days

Blade-of-the-Moon

Maybe since this is a BBTS anniversary tie in product?

Been a LOT of delays all around, I have a Diamond Select order on Entertainment Earth that just turned one year old.

That Mythic Legions Dragon is absurd. It's one of things that I absolutely want but finding the cash and space to display would be a real challenge.

I can easily see it costing like $600.

Found a review of the Syndicate Collectibles The Howling werewolf figure:

Some more images of the figure from their website:

Not sure why the images on BBTS have yet to be updated. Actually I got the idea to check their (Syndicate Collectibles) instagram today after managing my pre-orders on BBTS. Was wondering if there was any updates. Well at least it has some proper stock images, and an early review. Still nothing on the release as far as I can tell other then a comment mentioning February on one of their posts. That said I'm not in any rush, and I'd rather it not overlap with the upcoming Monster Force Kiloworg anyways.

BBTS still says December but they just move up releases..gets you to order then it's months delayed.

I may need two of them to use both heads...sorta like my Dog Soldiers figures.

A THE OUTER LIMITS "Architects of Fear" Thetan figure sold for over $405 on ebay.
I knew the winning bid would be high because it's the best Thetan figure I've ever seen on ebay.

I saw the episode on tv when I was a kid and it scared the crap out of me. Some tv stations delayed airing the episode past children's bedtime and some didn't air it all so kids wouldn't be scared.

Unfortunately, no toy company has picked up THE OUTER LIMITS license---I would love to see a Thetan at an affordable price.

Blade-of-the-Moon

There was a company years ago that made some replicas from the show but not many, the ants, the Icthyosaur I think? Not much else. It seems to get left behind for the Twilight Zone which I will admit is one my favorite series.

Since playing Werewolf the Apocalypse in high school and buying all the books and merch there was always that spot for action figures. Some were planned years ago, but were canceled.  Now I have a lot of werewolf action figures but these are pretty awesome.   They are large and pretty poseable too.  Can anyone guess which tribes I think they are? lol

I have no idea about that IP or its lore, but man, do those things look awesome all lined up together!

Not a problem, they just look epic! I just opened my Furay Veteran Williams as well, I'll have to get a new pic maybe tomorrow. They are smaller but more poseable with more accessories. In WtA werewolves can use more fangs and claws, swords, axes, guns, chainsaws whatever..even spells. I'm going to be taking some time slowly accessorizing these. Also need to find out where to display them lol

Reminds me of Vampire: The Masquerade, except... werewolves lol. Speaking of monsters, my AxyToys Carnotaurus Leader, Savage Crucible Lizard/Dino man and Mythic Legions Aracagorr have been delivered. Will post photos as soon as I'm able.

Ha! It was by the same publisher as Vampire, White Wolf games. My brother was into Vampire moreso. I liked Werewolf as it also had Werecrocodillians that could shapeshift into dinosaurs.

I've wanted this old wyrm for a while, the burglar was a nice addition too. lol

That's pretty cool. Is it an older set? IIRC, that looks like the Smaug and Bilbo from "The Hobbit" cartoon.

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon Oh man I loved watching that film when I was a kid. I watched it earlier this year if I recall right. Either that or last year. Had no idea there were figures of the designs from it. Congrats on getting your hands on them. I always liked how Smaug looked like a big grumpy cat in that version of the story.

These are actually hand painted by me, you can find them 3D printed on eBay. Smaug was about a 100.00 Bilbo was considerably less. They make others like the goblins and dwarves even Gandalf. I'll be ordering the rest as I can. I've even suggested they create the dragons/characters from The Flight of Dragons, also by Rankin/Bass.

It's fantastic, the songs get stuck in your head quite easily too. The animation is just art.  I would watch this on the Disney Channel when I was a kid in the 80s/90s.  Smaug was certainly my favorite,Richard Boone from The Last Dinosaur , provides his voice. I've always considered him wolf like? He sort of matches the wolves in the film too.  I think, just me guessing, that this was a compromise of the Asian artists who worked on it to make something of a Western and an Eastern dragon design combined.
