Quote from: SidB on March 24, 2025, 11:03:29 AMI just ordered Stella from eBay, as Amazon Canada doesn't have it available yet.

Lana Time Shop has it available for order now as well. I placed my order and it is expected to ship on 31 March.

Stella is starting to grow on me. I guess the ceratopsian fatigue isn't that severe. I really like the nasal horn but what's with the notch in the lower jaw?

Quote from: Ajax88 on March 24, 2025, 01:41:56 AMMan I wish this release would have been Regaliceratops or Pentaceratops... or better yet, a Utahraptor! It genuinely feels like the major companies are purposely avoiding this extremely popular and desired species.

David has one in his BotM line that's pretty nice.
The recent Wild Safari Utahraptor is excellent too.  It's one of my favourite figures!

I noticed it too, I find it off-putting.

Quote from: Sim on March 23, 2025, 06:06:35 PMI have hope that Safari will make a dromaeosaurid toob that will contain a 1:35 Deinonychus!

I'd rather Wild Past released theirs because I bet it'd be a more detailed figure, but if Safari releases a raptor toob, the figures are reasonably well-detailed and painted (and I say this because these are toob figures we're talking about), Deinonychus is included, and it's in 1:35 scale, then I'd grab the whole toob just for the Deinonychus:P Safari's Deinonychus is wonderful, and it'd be great to have it in 1:35 scale.

Quote from: Sim on March 23, 2025, 06:06:35 PMThis reminds me of another egregious omission by PNSO: Plesiosauroids!  Where are they?

I can see them eventually releasing an Elasmosaurus, but that's about it.

Quote from: Berno on March 24, 2025, 01:52:58 AMThat must be the longest tail I've ever seen on a ceratopsian figure, I'm not saying is wrong (I'm no Stellasaurus expert)

Stellasaurus is a centrosaurine, and centrosaurines have longer tails than chasmosaurines.

I think the angle of the photo does also enhance the impression of the figure having a particularly long tail.

Stellasaurus. Another one I have never heard of before but will get because ceratopsians are my favorite dinosaurs  ::D  :*D  ;D

I had no idea that centrosaurines had longer tails, thanks for the info.

At first glance the price seemed way too up for my tasting, yet I came across this AE item offering Stellasaurus lower than 30 USD (link).
Luckily, after adding coupons/coins from AE anniversary sale, I ended up paying 23 dollars. This may not be a well known genra, but I've been waiting so long for HLG's Einiosaurus that it adds up as a nugget prize for the moment.  :*D

TWO FIGURES IN THE SAME MONTH!!!!

Are we back???? Please say we're back!

Stella looks more colourful in hand! The promo pics are very brown/orange but the in hand pics show quite a strong olive green on her face and frill.

Now, PNSO. Give us that elusive fully lipped Tyrannosaurus Rex. After that, the likes of Plateosaurus, Diplodocus, a lipped Torvosaurus, Muttaburrasaurus and the long rumoured Gigantoraptor & new Mosasaurus would be appreciated!

Plateosaurus and Muttaburrasaurus would be very welcome.

Yes, I'm very much more impressed by the coloration on this latest imagery.

Jose S.M.

Those ceratopsids are gorgeous (even if their color looks alike) PNSO has a good track with these horned dinos for sure! price is a bit high for their size but they are definitely excellent sculpts.

I will be using this figure as a bottle opener.

Between that and Einiosaurus, you'll be building a collection of dinosaur-shaped can openers!

I've been using the Schleich Shonisaurus as a lawn dart, which is probably even crueler.
