And here's the new Deinonychus w/Velociraptors set.

A comparison of the new Velociraptor with the old one from the 2007 Tyrannosaurus rex set.

AAAAAAAAAARGH!!!!

Keep The Magic Alive and Kicking! :-)

Jetoar

Wondeful Playmobil figures, overall the Stegosaurus.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Carnegie Miragaia. Love the paint job.

Collecta Tyrannosaurus rex with Struthiomimus. I've been waiting a long time to acquire one of these and I have to say, I really, really like it. The eyes are too close together, yes, but on the whole I think it's a great representation. Also very pleased that I snagged the version with the base. :)

It's been awhile, but here are my latest acquisitions!

Papo Dimetrodon. Love this guy. Best pelycosaur toy ever.

Carnegie Collection Icthyosaurus. Poor little ammonite!

Oy. Has it really been more than a year since I updated? Well, that'll change hopefully sometime this week. I've got Papo, Carnegie, and a ton of CollectA to post! Stay tuned...

Cool scene depicting the fate of the hapless Playmobil man! Playmobil figures are surprisingly nice.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

That's a Playmobil woman. Raptors are equal opportunity devourers. ;)

All these Playmobil Dino sets will be kept safe for my future children. I think they'll be a perfect introduction to the prehistoric world.

And here's the Playmobil Dimetrodon. Awesome colours and well-sculpted.

It comes with a watering hole complete with trees and a variety of fauna.

Here's my admittedly small Carnegie collection. I gave away my Spinosaurus to a friend's kid at Xmas.

love it! Beipiaosaurus forever!

Manatee

I have a very similar set of Carnegies, except I have the Spinosaurus, new Velociraptor, and Carnotaurus and lack the Giganotosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, and Oviraptor. Nice collection, Carnegie and otherwise!

suspsy

Thanks. Although I must confess to a love-hate relationship with Carnegie. I love the quality of their figures, but I hate how they've only put out a single figure for the past two years. Frankly, I'd sacrifice the Wild Safari line if it meant getting four or five new Carnegie figures a year.

Your Chap Mei figures have convinced me to collect a few of them! Overall that's a nice collection you have!

suspsy

Thanks. Some of the Chap Mei toys are indeed surprisingly good. Better than the JP3 toys, and by the looks of it, most of the JW toys too! :p
