I have the same set, but my box does not have the additional line-art on the back.
My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Grrrr, wouldn't you know that I've been watching that one. I admit, there are some eBay finds I don't share with others.  >:D

I'll be watching that one closely... I doubt I'll end up winning it though, this one's gonna go for a LOT of money!

OOPs

It's fine, that's what this thread is for. Roselaar is right, it will probably go for a lot of money and I won't certainly won't end up with it.

Do you think? The coloured Invicta mammals are not particularly sought after (I thought) and the marine reptiles do show up individually on Ebay quite frequently.

I tend to agree--overall, these ones especially don't seem to command the prices of, say, the painted sauropods or baryonyx (and even those don't often sell for as much as sellers think they should).

Well maybe I have a chance after all! I do already have a painted Glyptodon and Liopluriodon though.

As much as I appreciate you trying to get my hopes up, I wish I would believe this. These sets are still mint in their original package after all, that's something you don't see every day (in fact, I never saw it at all before today  :-\). Plus, the painted marine reptiles totally kick ass!

I'm gonna take a shot at it, but I expect to fail.

Also a Classic Collectable for a low low low price

Curse you, I was considering that one. ;)

I screwed myself over on this lot.  :-\ A friend of mine is currently undergoing a late Invicta phase in his life. I figured he was aware of this lot, so I asked him whether he was going for it and provided him with a link to the auction. He said he wasn't sure whether he would bid on it. Result: he did, he won, I was the second highest bidder and ended up screwed.   :P *insert random extremely offensive swear word here*
