Wasn't someone on here looking for the Vanishing Wild Oryx? For the life of me I can't remember who it was but there's one on eBay right now.

Saw this on ebay, its a dead match to my own, which would suggest the missing dinosaur, at least on mine is the small protoceratops nest. This is the oldest version of the mountain I have seen, with close to the original line-up as I believe they used for the mountain display. The thing that might be of worry in this sale, is that piece is huge and I wonder if that shipping cost is accurate. When I purchased mine the shipping was well over fifty dollars.
Still a nice piece for the price, as a retro type display. So many of the pieces and the paint versions are now retired, if not all.

Depends on the size of the box and shipping service. I shipped one in its original (huge) box, and it was over $70 to ship with UPS.

Given the relative novelty of the Corythosaurus, I expect this is not the oldest version of the display mountain. One of the platforms appears to be vacant, as well.

Yes I paid around that price for mine to be shipped, the sale is quoting less than thirty dollars though. As for the vacant platform, on my mountain that is where the protoceratops nest would go, as I mentioned in my previous post.
As far as the oldest version mountain I am not so sure. I have looked since 2000, and seen many of these offered, but none that predate this version. It is my own belief they did not offer the mountains till the line had been out there a few years. If there is an older version , it is so rare that it has never sold on ebay in the past twelve years. It also makes good sense the line had to be well into its offerings before you would have enough pieces to populate the entire thing.
