I can't believe I've never seen this thread before now.  Your work is beautiful!  With a little adjustment, you could collect all the ink drawings in an adult coloring book. They're pretty popular these days, and it would be a welcome addition to the t-shirts and prints you already have available. I'm definitely sending the link to your redbubble shop to my husband.  A little hint for the next birthday or Christmas purchase! :D

I'm looking forward to seeing more! :)

My first time seeing this thread too. I could imagine seeing your art on a vase or as part of a quilt pattern and places you wouldn't expect to see dinosaurs. The way you mix dinosaurs with that art style is really cool.

"3,000 km to the south, the massive comet crashes into Earth. The light from the impact fades in silence. Then the shock waves arrive. Next comes the blast front. Finally a rain of molten rock starts to fall out of the darkening sky - this is the end of the age of the dinosaurs. The Comet struck the Gulf of Mexico with the force of 10 billion Hiroshima bombs. And with the catastrophic climate changes that followed 65% of all life died out. It took millions of years for the earth to recover but when it did the giant dinosaurs were gone - never to return." - WWD

The 'eyespots' on the frill of the Albertaceratops reminds me of a species of butterfly found where I live.

Haven't done much 2-d dinosaur art in a while.  Just made this for my sister's baby's room.  It's mostly felt with a bit of wire and embroidery floss.  I wasn't sure if a baby would appreciate my normal fare so I went a bit more grandma style on this one.

That.

Is fantastic.

(Reminds me a bit of the Fuzzy-Felt dinosaurs I played with when I was small, but better. Much better.)

It is very, very nice indeed.

Thanks everyone!  It's been a while since I've had time for any dinosaur art, but I did get to make this guy for my baby nephew for christmas.  Did almost all the work yesterday so it was a bit rushed.  It was all leftover fabric from earlier projects so the color scheme isn't my original plan.  But maybe a little hesperonychus could get away with magpie-like colors.

Man that looks beautiful...
Honestly can't even tell it was rushed.

If this is rushed I can't imagine how perfect would have been of done with time, but it looks perfect as it is. Really beautiful. Same for the 2D piece, is perfect for a baby's room, very cute.

Irimali, you seem to a be a true artist in many ways and crafts. This thing looks really cute and cudly and the magpie colors fit it wonderfully... well, if you got a spare 5 minutes, could you make one for me? :D

I'm sure your nephew will love that little raptor, good job teaching them about feathered dinosaurs while they're young!  :))

Wondeful indeed! With so much heart and a fine sense for detail and colours.

By the way - I love your Deinonychus T-Shirt :).

I know, the photo has already been shown in the "Photos of us" thread, but I thought it might fit in here as well.

I would have been over the moon to have been given that soft toy when I was young!  It's gorgeous.

It's never too early to spoil Jurassic Park for them :)

The hesperonychus plush looks amazing! Very well done. I love its little claws best, they're actually claw shaped haha (though I imagine still very soft and safe for  young nephews :) )

WarrenJB

Brilliant. The wings especially look pretty intricate.

Haven't had a lot of time to make stuff lately, but I thought I'd share these.  My mom collects christmas ornaments of animals and every year since i was a kid i've made her one for a present.  This is actually what led to me making miniature dinosaurs.  I made this sun bittern a few years ago:

Not extinct but it is a dinosaur.  This year I made a gharial, so of course now I want to start doing some extinct crocodilians.
