I would love to see any company (although CollectA or Wild Safari would be preferred) tackle a metriorhynchid. We've seen plenty of mosasaurs, pliosaurs, plesiosaurs, and ichthyosaurs, and they're wonderful, but the marine crocodiles deserve their due as well:

amargasaurus cazaui

Another animal I think well overdue for a nice sculpt might be...Gargoyleosaurus. As the oldest known anklyosaurid known from decent remains......It is another one that Ken Carpenter worked with, is on display in Denver and is pretty awesome to see in person and up close. At the Denver museum it sits at the tail end of the large Diplodocus mount that Ken did as well.  Really a nice mount and it would translate to  a rather unique subject.I want one...if nothing else so I can have Ken sign it for me !!!
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

On the subject of marine reptiles, I would love to see larger scale figures of nothosaurs and placodonts. Maybe some primitive ichthyosaurs like Cymbospondylus or Thalattoarchon as well.

The Prehistoric Life Toob is essentially a prehistoric mammals toob.

Dan already has a Pentaceratops sculpted for Battat awaiting production! There's pics on the New Battat thread. He also plans on having Yutyrannus be one of the next 3 models that he sculpts.

Safari's Prehistoric Sea Life toob had a Metriornychus and a Nothosaurus! And there was a Dakosaurus in the Prehistoric Crocs toob. Although I guess you guys are talking about larger scale models.

Yeah, I said "larger scale figures" in that post.

No, I'm definitely interested in those, although they don't mean dearly as much as a lovely face. And personality. :)

No, I'm definitely interested in those, although they don't mean nearly as much as a lovely face. And personality. :)
Sure, "personality." Whatever you say ;)
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

terrorchicken

how come no company has made a gigantopithecus yet? you'd think with how often its name gets associated with Bigfoot and all those cheesy Bigfoot search shows on cable that it would be a no brainer as a marketable species.

Im not that into apes but Id buy one that looks like this, just a real animal that lived in the past, not some "ape monster":
