Honestly ?   It feels like a stepping stone..or a piece of a puzzle your building. It's a BIG piece granted but there is still so much MORE to do !

Though I will say I do love every piece like a child and worry and fret over them constantly..lol

Velociraptors are so troublesome ...they won't stay in their enclosures and they get into EVERYTHING !

Well he is 1:1 just a juvenile is all is what I meant. :)   A mature Spino, I do have a rough concept for, same thing for a Giga as my next BIG theropods. Though they will be different in regards to how I'll do them I think.   It will probably be a couple years before I get to one. I'm trying to do adult specimens of all the popular guys.. Diplodocus/Apatosaurus , Stegosaurus, ect..    We also need funds to build. Mostly I'm making these out of my own pocket and that can't last.  The Rex cost us a bit over a thousand dollars, now compared with buying one that size it's not much at all..but I didn't get any tax return money this year ( didn't get enough work ) and so I'm still selling stuff to get money.  Heck this week I spent 3 hours hauling rusted scrap metal and made 63.00 ..every penny of it went to the Park to buy materials we need.  I wish everyone that believes in us could donate one dollar per project , you wouldn't believe how much that help in the end.   :)

Thanks bud !

Here's some pics of our fossil dig site, DIG IT! , almost complete.

It looks like you made it big enough for only the kids. Or is my perspective off

Blade-of-the-Moon

Hmmm..you mean size-wise ?

I can stand it the building and overhang roofing comfortably.  The pole at the farthest end near the Allosaur skeleton is 8' tall.  The pole nearest with the sign on it is around 7'6" at the roof height.  At the top of the sign it's almost 10' .  The building itself is roughly 14x16' .

Shorts and short sleeves already, really! That's just cruel to post shots like that when people like me are still knee deep in snow. Blade, the T rex looks great I love the paint job. The dig and the velociraptors also looks great I am sure the kids love them. Congratulations. Doug

Don't feel too bad this is my normal attire..even in cooler weather ! lol

Thank you so much Doug ! I really appreciate it ! The kids do love the dig site already, and we're working on the raptors..which still need cords and a sensor to get them moving..doesn't sound like a lot but donations have been slim.

Working on the Triceratops now..I'll post some pics tonight, feel free to give your opinion if you'd like.  :)

Is it me, or does Doug's Safari T-Rex look similar to Blades?
