I believe they were harder to find, at least in the US, until now. I often hear teachers ask if there are inexpensive fossil replicas they won't have to dread passing among students, and now they have more than the Fossils Toob for that purpose.

Quite a few updates, and an especially great time to be a resin kit fan. Lots to cover, so try not to have a heart attack. Please note that we can ship most any resin kit directly to a buildup artist if you desire.

Brachiosaurus Skeleton Model by Dinostoreus

After a long hiatus, this piece is finally available again. If you're among the many who've waited for it, I would recommend buying early before they are sold out for the season.

Machairodus Diorama by Sean Cooper

2013 Releases

Photos, dimensions, and scales for many 2013 releases have been uploaded to the store site. You may not have heard of these if you've been living under a rock - in which case, you might actually be one of these extinct critters.

Paraceratherium by Foulkes

Shane's massive 1:15 mega-mammal is being cast in very limited quantities.

Majungatholus and Kosmoceratops by Krentz

The 1:40 Saurozoic Line from David Krentz continues to grow with these new releases, currently undergoing casting. These are digitally sculpted and printed models, just like the Rex, so they'll be packed with detail. All three pieces will now include bases, so if you missed out on the Rex base, please feel free to contact me.

Finally, I am proud to announce the premiere of a line of exclusive models, which I have simply called "Dan's Dinosaurs". Casting is ongoing for these pieces, which kick off with two exotic species:

Koolasuchus 1:30 Scale

Gorgonops 1:10 Scale (Sculpted by Shane Foulkes)

Preorders can be placed through the website as of today. Thanks, and enjoy!

Dan, what's the size on these things? Do you have a photo of one near a ruler or coin or something?

Dan

The replica itself is about 3 inches long. I like the pop-out display case, too.

I think the same.
[Off Nick and Eddie's reactions to the dinosaurs] Oh yeah "Ooh, aah", that's how it always starts. But then there's running and screaming.

{about the T-Rex) When he sees us with his kid isn't he gonna be like "you"!?

Are either of the models in the "Dans Dinosaurs Line " actually dinosaurs? I was curious
Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

Dan

Technically, neither Koolasuchus nor Gorgonops is a dinosaur. The next few items coming down the line would certainly qualify, though.  ;)

Takama

I am tempted everytime I viset your sight to start saveing up for a 1:30 scale Resein model collection

Will any of your incomeing ones be in that range?

Looking forward to it! Telling you ahead of time, if you've got a thoroughly feathered Deinonychus (or Utahraptor, Achillobator, etc,) in the works you may as well take my money now because it would literally be the only one on the market.

Lol, surprised at your Pixel, you did not even mention the Koolasuchas could perhaps have more feathers....you are going soft on us. ??? ???

ProSauropod

Sauropods, right?  A line of 1/30 Sauropods?  Excellent ............. Seriously, this choice of subjects was inspired.  Please, more Permian & Triassics (and Jurassic/Cretaceous mammals & amphibs) !  I love that you've gone out of the box in your offerings - WWD vs JP  ^-^  Will future offerings be as eclectic?

The third release in the Dan's Dinosaurs line has appeared, the Gargoyleosaurus. This is being offered as both an unfinished resin kit, and a fully finished model from the great Martin Garratt.

Nice model DAn, is this the first Gargoyleosaurus model ever made?
