I draw, paint, sculpt, play music, and download US census reports recreationally. Anything to get out of real work. :)
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

All the "cool" things I've been doing this last year happen to be around dinosaurs lol. I've gotten into sculpting as well as molding/casting. I'm also working on a 1:1 Protoceratops, that is nearing completion. I like to ride my bike around town, but that's not really cool :))

I'm an independantly practicing artist, illustrator, film-maker, writer and performance story-teller. That's kind of cool I think.

Don't mock that, doing stuff to get out of doing real work, is hard, yet enjoyable work.   ;)

Training martial art (muay thai and silat) is my favorite things to do  :))

Don't know if any of it is cool but I like to Kayak, bike, hike, catch and release snakes, nature photography, visit zoos, aquariums and museums, go to car shows, take long walks in the moonlight (wait that is for another forum). I also got to within one test for my black belt in Tae Kwon Do before injuries stopped me.

I like to build tropical terrariums. I've done three so far, and I really enjoy having a little slice of rainforest in my house :)

I climbed to the very top of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, in 2014. Meant to leave a little Playmobil dinosaur figure at the summit, but altitude and exhaustion caused me to forget. Just as well. I gave it to a little local boy instead.

Besides dinosaurs and other animal models i collect star wars and other movie and music related figures, and i have a very large collection of Harley Davidson, including a few bikes which i love to ride as much as possible, together with a whole bunch of realy close friends.
Me and my girlfriend also maintain a large number of gecko's, chameleons and some other lizards.., we both work in our local zoo and love to travel as much as we can.
That's abouth it, the rest of my time i spend sleeping or was not meant to be placed on a public forum.

Haha, I really like that idea :D

... and man, lot of interesting things here.

So, for me..... I'm a father since almost two years so a considerable time is spent with the little offspring visiting construction sites (he likes excavators and loaders most) playgrounds or cycling with a trailer), other than that I spent some time observing local fauna and occasionally maintaining their habitats, I keep and breed monitor lizards and also do some scientic work on them, also care for a lot of plants (in- and outdoor), play some (online) RPGs (e.g. SWG Emu, Alien Isolation, Fallout 4), build and collect Lego Technic and Star Wars sets (the original trilogy only) and like to travel a lot and/or for extended times (Chile, Argentina, Iceland, Australia).

Cool is a point of view.

I'm a software developer for all main mobile devices OS, and also human recognison interfaces.

Hmmmm, so many varied interests I have.... Where to start!

I paint watercolors of alaskan fishing boats, can draw sculpt paint pretty much work in any art medium. I have made three wooden stringed instruments from scratch, two violins (I sold) and a viola (which I play). I like to collect toys and antiques/vintage stuff.

I help run a 90' wooden power scow ship built in 1943 for WW2 that was once used for shipping freight and people to the aleutian islands during the war. Now it is used for transporting salmon from the fishing grounds to the cannery during the summer months. I do freelance work in the winter, whatever I can find to do that isnt "dealing with the public". Bout to go help process a few hundred thousand pounds of pollock tomorrow at the cannery, which is makes up your fish sticks folks..... :P

I am into hobby grade RC and like to modify toy grade RC snowmobiles and turn em into fast hobby grade ones. Mostly into things with wheels n tracks but have a boat and some planes too. My Lionel trains are a definite favorite. I have many old ones from the 40's 50's as well as some modern cars and engines.

One of my oldest and most treasured collections are my schwinn bicycles. I have over 100 of them and am paring down to my best ones. I've gotten some really awesome ones in my travels.

And yes, I am 34 and still play with my dinosaurs and other toys... lol :P
I'm seeking Orsenigo and other interesting vintage dinosaurs. Contact me if you can help with my search!
