Sorry for digging this up, but WOW!

Your Repaints are wonderfull. I really enjoyed seeing them. Thank you for sharing :)

Thanks avatar_Kapitaenosavrvs @Kapitaenosavrvs and avatar_Jose S.M. @Jose S.M. !
Wow, I almost forgot about this thread!😂
Thanks for digging it up, cool to see some of the old ones that I no longer have.

I need to update this and post some of my last fees ones.
I recently did a set of repaint that were done in black and white😃

Oh yes! We (i assume) would love to see new Stuff. I really like looking at these highly vibrant Birdlike Dinosaurs. It is not important, if it would be realistic or not. I just looks amazing and calming. I havent done any Paint Work and have so much unfinished Dinosaurs. I am really motivated again :)

Regards

I second this, these are awesome and I'll look forward to seeing more soon.  Your colors and patterns are wonderful, and some of your later beasts look very natural while also being very dramatically styled.  So many really creative and talented Dino-Bloggers!

Bokisaurus you have done some highly colorful and very artistic repaints of dinosaurs they have been great I congratulate you. The paintings of those repainted dinosaurs are fantastic although I don't think that many species of dinosaurs could have those colors in real life (I'm still wrong) they are quite bright colors and I repeat, highly artistic I like your art Bokisaurus is great.

OMG, its been ages since I posted or revived this thread ;D I have a lot of catching up to do!
So, just fo rate sake of getting things a lit organized and consolidated, I will try and post some of the older ones here first.
These set of figures were repainted a few years ago.

[]

The next group I will add are the set of black and white repaints I did, stay tuned! ;D

Dusty Wren

I am so glad you've brought this thread back! Your repaints are so bold and colorful, they always brighten my day.

Congrats on the mention in Prehistoric Times, too, that's super cool.
Check out my customs thread!

Stegotyranno420

I agree with Dusty, these are like candy for the eyes. When ever I see them, it sparks joy and creativity in my head

Gothmog the Baryonyx

I also love your repainted  models, they are lovely. I have to say the Tawa is the bsts just because it looks so much better

Shonisaurus

I congratulate you all the repaints are very pleasing to the eye. You have great artistic ability.

Bokisaurus

Thanks everyone! I just wanted to catch up posting since I have so many old ones still to add, some even I no longer have  ^-^

Bread

Lovely repaints, and congratulations on your repaints making it into the Prehistoric Times magazine!
My favorite has to be your Parasaurolophus repaint in the previous pages. Is that figure from Shapeways?

Halichoeres

Thanks for posting these! I always enjoy the vibrancy of your repaints.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Wow, these are really pretty. I love vibrant and striking colors on dinosaurs.

Bokisaurus

Thanks everyone, glad you guys like them. Yeah, bold and colorful, that's me ;D

Okay, so taking a break from the colorful ones and showing you guys the black and white series I dd two years ago now.
I have always been intrigued by the possibility of dinosaurs having black and white colors and have done some repaints years ago.
Having some extra figures that were in less than perfect paint condition gave me the opportunity to try this classic color combo on some newer figures.

Battat Terra Para - I don't know why, but I always loved the idea of black and white parasaurolophus, somehow it just seems to fit this dinosaur well ;D I see them as the zebra of the dinosaur world :))

CollectAsuarus - these guys were fun to paint!
[]
And this pair ^-^
[]

And finally this Safari triceratops. I was not a big fan of the drab and uninspired colors on the original one so I got one and had fun with it. :))
[]

As you may have guessed, I love the color blue!
Here they all are together, they are displayed in one corner of s shelf.
[]

Well, hope you all enjoyed the black and white ball ;D It's been fun doing repaint with just very limited colors, it was a good exercise .
Till the next installment, cheers!

Really cool, B @Bokisaurus. I once worked with a girl who, when she came home from college, painted her room black with white stripes. Didn't work for her. Mom was not amused. But you've done a great job here. Very inspirational!

triceratops83

These look fantastic, especially the Parasaurolophus. The group shot makes me think of winter coloration.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

postsaurischian

:D These are beautiful! Absolutely love the Parasaurolophus and the Struthiomimus.
The flow of the Para's stripes is perfect. Did you paint them out of your head or did you use a Zebra as a template?

ceratopsian

The black and white look is an inspired choice.  All are appealing but I especially like the Parasaurolophus -- the flow of stripes looks so natural.

Fenestra

The Parasaurolophus looks wonderful in stripes. It would  be a pretty sight to see a whole herd of them in the wild.
Both Struthiomimus look very pretty as well. I have a hard time choosing which one is my favourite.

Lanthanotus

Especially like the Struthiomimus pair.... well fit!
