So is this the right place to ask about this? I'd like to do a review for the Yowie Anomalocaris at some point, but I've never done any reviews for the blog before. Is there anything I should know before I go to write one?

Thanks. I honestly never thought to click on that link before because I thought it was where the reviews were created from (like submitting a post I guess). There is some valuable information there which is what I need to know.

Oh interesting, so this version is not a mere repaint but actually got a modified mold, just as was the case with the original T.rex when then they changed it from green to brown. I still think that Rainbow Rex is rather misleading. Now the small Schleich one, that is what I would call a Rainbow Rex.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Off topic: I will argue against the banning of Killekor. He is young, and he is trying his best to type in English. This is an international dinosaur toy enthusiast forum. Banning him would be against everything we stand for. He has had his warnings, and he now knows what to expect. Please be merciful if you can and teach him, rather than punish him, if you can. If the burden becomes tiresome, then do as you will as per the rules of this forum, but don't swat a bee just because you're annoyed by it. Open the window and let it out.

THANK YOU for the best words i heard from this sitation

Speaking of things like that, could we clean the comment section of the Rainbow Rex a bit? Talking about removing Indominus Rex spam.

It's done. And so is Indominus Rex.

I think everyone can and should learn. Here we have a rule. "Mistakes are cool...but only if you learn from them".

CityRaptor

Indominus Rex however did not learn, kept on spamming and whined about it when someone called him out instead.

Ah, looks much better now. Well done!

Me too. Papo choose to call it simply running T-Rex, cause the previous version was dubbed as "green", even though the brown wasn't part of the line, so a differentiation wasn't needed. Now given how they called "blue" both Velociraptor and Oviraptor, despite blue being actually a very small portion of the colour scheme, I would call this one and his sitting mate just purple rexes.

No, it's going to stay Rainbow Running Rex. My review, my call. The rainbow boa and the rainbow trout don't boast a full spectrum of colours either, but you don't see anyone calling their names misleading.

My comment didn't mean to suggest you changing anything in your review, I was only discussing the general assumption of the figure being dubbed rainbow rex. The raptor was labeled by people as rainbow too before Papo officially called it blue. Much like the Oviraptor was informally called the "cassowary variant".

suspsy

Oh, I know you weren't. I'm simply explaining my reason for calling it that. And just because I will continue to refer to it as the RRR doesn't mean you have to as well. You can call it whatever you like.

If he heeds his warnings well and good, I really feel that it is best to be inclusive to everyone, however I would argue that he has taken no heed of at least one previous warning and appears to be posting and spamming constantly for the purpose of simply racking up numbers, I find it somewhat off putting when I see the recent post section full of Killekor and when I read the threads find it full of comments like why has no one posted for X amount of time, also I would argue that anyone who has the intelligence to use the Internet would also be intelligent enough to realise that what he is doing is against the spirt of the forum.

Enough said he appears to have reined his posting in a bit so hopefully this is old news now.

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Personally I have never taken offense at any of your posts that I have read. I have just assumed that you have been excited to find this forum and you enjoy sharing your excitement. Have you read the rules? This one seems to be the one people think you have broken 6. Excessive off-topic or pointless posts are not allowed. In the end it is only up to the moderators to decide what is pointless or off topic however any member can report another to a moderator.
May I ask how old you are? I assume you are young and as Takama has suggested your youthful exuberance gets the better of you.
Again your posts haven't bothered me and I hope you continue to participate.

The fact is that i don't think to break that rule until someone say it!

Killekor

As I suspected, if I was on here when I was 12 my exuberance would probably have gotten me in trouble with some here. Add to that the fact English is not your first language.
I enjoy your excitement and hope to see more of it after all this is supposed to be a "friendly and open community"
