You are a treasure full of useful hints! Thanks again for all of this. I am going to change and add these entries  ^-^

Hi, I got some more images yet again (and some codes for a few figures as well), this time for several different brands.

First up is the Mattel Jurassic World ones (as usual at this point). Before I mention the codes for the new figures I've gotten recently, I finally managed to get into my closet again (while storing my new figure's packaging) and realized I had not gotten the codes previously for either of the Amber Collection figures (Malcolm or the Velociraptor). As such I wrote those down.

Here they are:

  • GJD03 (Velociraptor)
  • GCV06 (Malcolm)
That aside I also have obtained several figures recently, some of which had codes previously, and some of which didn't (such as the new 2020 figures). I have taken images of all of those. Those figures and those codes will be listed below:

2018 Fallen Kingdom Human assortment:

  • FMM05 - Mercenary with Ankylosaurus
2019 Dino Rivals Attack Pack assortment:

  • GFG62 - Dimorphodon
2020 Primal Attack Attack Pack assortment:

  • GJN58 - Ornitholestes
  • GJN59 - Callovosaurus
  • GJN62 - Dracorex
There was also a fourth Attack Pack figure, that I did not buy, which was a repack of the 2019 Attack Pack Herrerasaurus (which if I had to guess may have had the same code as the previous one, as every other repack in this line has the same codes as the initial releases).

The last 2020 figure I have acquired recently is the new repaint of the Extreme Chomping Tyrannosaurus. The code for that is:

  • GLC12
I also have codes for several other as of yet unreleased 2020 Savage Strike figures (that were on the back of the packaging of the EC T. rex):

  • GJN91 Sauropelta
  • GJN92 Velociraptor
There were also codes for the repacked (jumping) Blue and Tapejara, which had same codes as previously, which were GCR55 and GCR60.

Now moving on, I have taken images of several other figures, including the Tyco Dino Riders Styracosaurus, all four of the new figures offered at the Jurassic World Live Tour (Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus, and Velociraptor Blue), and several Carnegie Collection figures that were missing images.

The Carnegie Collection figures I got images of included the:

  • Elasmosaurus (Variation 1 - 1990)
  • Stegosaurus (Variation 4 - 1992)
  • Triceratops (Variation 5 - 1991)
  • Styracosaurus (2002)
I used this website to figure out which versions these figures are: https://carnegiecollection.blogspot.com/
I'm not entirely sure if this specific information matters, but perhaps it will as there were various variations and slight repaints, or resculpts, etc to many of the older Carnegie Collection figures. I suppose it is up to you if you want entries for every variation or just one for each of (original) models sculpts.

And lastly I noticed there are missing entries for the Beasts of the Mesozoic Raptor Series White Nestlings, which were released in 2019, and while I was mentioning the 2019 Dino Rivals Savage Strike (jumping) Blue, I noticed there was no entry for that figure as well (which code was GCR55).

All of the images are within this file, separated into folders, and each file has the model and figure's name in it, as was done previously. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CYjoM-yhGQxyT2bIl_MD5sp9F8YYW9uS/view?usp=sharing

Hi, I was going through and updating my collection, I noticed a few missing figures.

Hopefully that's helpful to you.

Thanks again for all these images and informations. I updated the Mattel figures with your given informations. I have not added the repacked Blue and Tapejara (GCR55 and GCR60). I have still to figure out how to handle this. Is there solely a difference to the packaging?

Here's the GCR55 item that already existed: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3281

The white BOTM nestlings were added - Thank you!

avatar_Loon @Loon
That was helpful, indeed. I've added the Lego and Nanmu Carnotaurus. Thank you. The Safari Pteranodon was already there and is one of our best rated figures ;) : https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=1150

I think I will split the group Reptilia into "Reptilia - Pterosauria", "Reptilia - Plesiosauria", ....

avatar_DinoToyCollector @DinoToyCollector Ah, that might be why. It's marked as a repackaged version of the Battle Damage Blue (the original version of  the Battle Damage Blue has the code of FNB33, and if I recall so does the repackaged version), but is part of the Savage Strike line.

Like with the Dino Rivals Savage Strike Stygimoloch, the jumping Savage Strike Blue is essentially a repack of the Story Pack figure, but by itself. The Dino Rivals 2019 versions also come with cards, and both of those figures had new scan codes for the app, and they also have new product codes. The 2020 versions of those are essentially the same, with only the packaging and scan codes for the app being different, as they have the same product codes. They also no longer have the cards included with them that the Dino Rivals releases had, since the Primal Attack line did not carry forward with that.

The other repacks to my knowledge (which have the same scan codes as the original figures, and product codes, thus only the packaging is truly different) for 2019 include the Battle Damage Blue, Battle Damage Stygimoloch, and Battle Damage Gallimimus, and the Indoraptor (which came with a card, and maybe had a different product code, I'm not sure). Other repacks include the Extreme Chomping Tyrannosaurus, Jeep, and both versions of the Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus, and all the humans minus the (what seems to be canceled) Franklin figure. There were also repacks of the 12 inch basic dino/budget figures of Blue, the Indoraptor, and Owen. The Legacy Collection Velociraptor set with Malcolm consists of repackaged figures too, although much like the Savage Strike jumping Blue and Stygimoloch, in that it is different from the previous releases on account of adding the Velociraptor and missing the flare accessory that originally came with the 2018 release of Malcolm, and also has a new product code.

The repacks for 2020 include the 2019 Attack Pack Herrerasaurus (no longer has the card), Battle Damage Stygimoloch, in addition to the jumping Savage Strike Blue and Tapejara (which also no longer have the cards, and have the same product codes). As the packaging is the only thing that is different here for these repacks (and again maybe the scan code for the app), perhaps there is no need to add entries for these, unless some collector here collects different packaged variants, and would prefer entries for them.

If you wish to remove the entries for the repackaged figures with the same exact product codes (of which only the packaging is different), as the original released versions of these figures I have them below:
2019 Battle Damage Gallimimus: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3265
2019 Battle Damage Stygimoloch: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3278
2020: Battle Damage Stygiomoloch (probably will have the same code): https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=4063
2019 Battle Damage Super Colossal Tyrannosaurus: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3279

May or may not need this one, as again only the collector card included with it is the only new change (unless the product code is different too, but not sure):
2019 Indoraptor: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3330

Also on that note, there are numerous entries for figures that were canceled. As these figures can not be obtained is there any point in having entries for them? Those figures will be listed here:
2018 Legacy Collection Dilophosaurus: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=2964
2018 Destruct-A-Saurs Dimetrodon: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3239
2018 Destruct-A-Saurs Stygimoloch Lab set: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3242
2018 Destruct-A-Saurs Stygimoloch: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3243
2019 Therizinosaurus: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3343

Possibly canceled as it has had yet to appear released anywhere:
2019 Franklin: https://dinotoycollector.com/Items/product.php?product_id=3284

Edit: One more thing. Perhaps for the Callovosaurus, Ornitholestes, and Dracorex give them the Attack Pack tags (or perhaps to be consistant with the others, a Primal Attack Attack Pack tag)?

Another edit: The Primal Attack Savage Strike (green - GJN92) Velociraptor is actually intended to be Charlie, which Collect Jurassic shared the details on, that I posted here:

Wow that's a lot I have to look on. I have no time this week, but will do it as soon as I have spare time. Thank you :)

Just to follow up on my recent correspondence outside the thread, just to reiterate how much I enjoy going on the site and adding to the missing pictures where I can.

Two new pics have recently been added, the Cog Eryops and Peltobatrachus and it's good to see a mixture of straight figure pictures with (my preferred) mini diorama shots. I'm glad other folks are providing the latter as well!

I hope to add a few more over Xmas when I'm off work. I also think it's time to get some Aurora/Revell re-issue Prehistoric Scenes kits into the Model kits section, if that's allowed?

In fact I've added all three of your pictures, but I have assigned the Diplocaulus picture to the wrong company. It is fixed now and thank you again for providing pictures  :)

avatar_Crackington @Crackington
That's definitely allowed. Aurora is a Company on my list, but I wasn't sure IF or HOW to add them in the beginning. The Model Kit section could be the place to be. Good suggestion!

That's great, I'll get crackin' with the pictures once I finish at work for Christmas and when I get over the UK general election result! :-[

Would it be possible to list sculptors on models where they are known? I feel this would be a great way to see everything an artist has done.

There is already a way to do that, although it's not been used that much so far (which reminds me; I need to start editing the database again).

avatar_Loon @Loon
As Ravonium said, this is already possible, but the entries are mostly empty. Does your question include filtering by Sculptor? Well that would be ... something for the major rework of this site (smaller updates getting more and more complicated due to my messy coding)
If you have any information on sculptors you can send me a list via email, PM, comment (...) and I'll happily add them. With the days geting colder outside I'm more willing to stay on the computer ;-)

Duna

All I have to say is that you have done a fantastic work, congrats! And also to the other members of the team, thank you!

I'm just curious to know:
- Which is the figure most collectors have.
- Which is the best rated figure.

Could there be any Search filters for this? Thank you!

DinoToyCollector

avatar_Duna @Duna
Thank you :)
The figure most collectors have is right on the Starting page at the sidebar. At the moment it is the Feathered Tyrannosaurus by Safari from 2017. There are some more statistics like the most wanted figure etc.
I cannot say for sure what's the best rated figure of all of them inside the database. Also on the starting page there are some random 5.0 star rated items. I wanted to randomize them to keep it 'fresh'. Due to the fact that there are a lot of 5.0 rated figures I guess you want to know which one is rated 5.0 with the most votes? It's possible to find out (for me), but I cut the opportunity to browse all entries in the database at once to keep traffic low and speed of the page high (There are limits from my provider). I hope you understand.

Duna

Thank you! I did not notice the Safari t-rex, my curiosity is satisfied. ;)

Dinoguy2

I'm loving the stats from your site, very interesting to look at and analyze. One thing I thought was interesting is the "most wanted" updates, like the one you posted on IG. It says the most wanted figures are the Safari Stegosaurus and Allosaurus. I say interesting because these two are newer figures that are readily available. I wonder if the "most wanted" stat is actually representing "figure most people are putting off buying"! Like, if you really wanted the Steg, you could just buy it from any number of sources. So if it's on that many people's most wanted lists, that means it's one they are meaning to get eventually, but have other higher priorities, or are waiting for better value (both of these are pretty expensive). Most wanted seems like it actually means "not quite good enough for me to buy right away".

DinoToyCollector

D @Dinoguy2
Thanks for this input. Well, the most wanted is actually the figure most people want. There could be a lot of reasons for wanting a figure but don't buying it yet. I think there are young users having not a lot of money obtaining all the figures they want (I also have a lot on my wishlist) or people marking these figures for later purchases. The "most wanted" simply is counting the figures wanted. While writing this and looking through the list I noticed there are actually now three figures with 17 "wish" entries:

(A look onto my secret pages  O:-)

I guess with 2020 coming the list will change soon. Maybe I can simply put newer items higher on that list by sorting by release.

Halichoeres

I think it's partly artefactual. The Safari 2019 releases were announced at roughly the same time that the DinoToyCollector site was launched. My guess is a lot of people added those to their wish lists initially and then haven't bothered to log back in to add them to their collection instead. Meanwhile, the famously sought-after Play Visions amphibians have almost nobody listed as wanting them. I'm sure there are several reasons for that, but it might be in part because they were added to the database later.

Intersting theory and it makes sense. I wanted to check this one out because I was cuious. I've had a closer look onto these two items and there are surprisingly only two of these cases where accounts are "there but not used" (What is a good word for that in english?) since December 2018. I don't know if it's because of the picture I posted, but there is already a big change in this whole subject. These 2 figures are now only at 3rd and 4th place in this list  :))
