Why is everyone asking for Nanuq? It's a partial jaw bone.

David posted a very helpful parts breakdown for the Dryptosaurus for anyone curious about it (I know I was):

It looks like it will ultimately share the bulk of its parts with the body type 3, versus 3.5 (aka Yutyrannus). And after seeing the finished color scheme I think I'm definitely planning to get this one now. Certainly one of my favorite designs for this line so far now.

Well, that's good to know. I was getting worried that the Yutyrannus would be barely feathered like some of the other Tyrannosaurs.

If that were the case, the figure would get quite a bit of criticism. We all know about Rebor's Yutyrannus :o

Exactly!
I can't wait to see the outcome of these figures. Especially the Yutyrannus ;D

Cool. It's really surprising to me that Dryptosaurus has barely gotten any attention from toy makers before now.

avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres Unfortunately most tyrannosaurids with the exception of Tyrannosaurus rex have received little attention from dinosaur toy manufacturers. The dryptosaurus as you comment is an example of this. For that reason I praise the work of David Silvas's Beasts of the Mesozoic.

They will make an excellent match together with their prey / contender ceratopsids are ideal for diorama making.

The color of that very rare suskityrannus is modest but elegant and contrasts with some models or prototypes of tyrannosauroids previously shown on the Beast of the Mesozoic facebook forum.

God, now I really wish Dilong got a more subdued colour scheme.

stargatedalek

Suskityrannus is looking great! I was going to get the Dilong, but I think my pick has most definitely changed.

Faelrin

I've been hoping this one would be on the list since the last campaign's Zuniceratops. I think that since he has gone with the osprey color scheme for this one, it's going to look very interesting alongside the Zuniceratops. I really cannot wait to see this sculpt brought to life and painted up.

The only remaining tyrannosauroids now are Eotyrannus, Moros, and Proceratosaurus.

And the only remaining feathery colour schemes are the red kite . . .

. . . the Bali mynah . . .

. . . and the painted redstart.

Can't wait to see which gets paired with which.

Definitely want this one, and not just because of it going with Zuniceratops. I feel like this would display nice next to the Yutyrannus as well. Similar colorations.

Anyways I added this to the first post. Only 7 concept arts left to be done, of the Moros, Eotyrannus, Proceratosaurus, Teratophoneus, Qianzhousaurus, Albertosaurus, and Daspletosaurus. I wonder what will be next?
