I got the Amber Collection JP3 male raptor and it's definitely cool; the paint apps look very nice and the head is of course a legitimately new sculpt. The downside is the new head and neck aren't quite as poseable as the regular head. Mine also has trouble closing its mouth completely.

The version B original raptor is also pretty nice, although I don't have the first one to compare with. Mine has some more jaw issues, sadly, but it functions.

Probably the best looking amber collection raptor. Unfortunate that there is no standard toy-line counterpart...

Changing the topic: I'm starting to get REALLY worried about my Ray Arnold set. I know absolutely NOTHING about it when most people already got theirs. I even asked contacted Mattel Creations customer service about it a couple of weeks and I haven´t receive any answer.

On top of that, there is no tracking number, not even for non-USA buyers, for what I could gather.

Also letting folks I updated the op quite a bit today. Added some codes for some of the new upcoming stuff, and I also found and added pics for the new Snap Squad Attitudes Tyrannosaurus (green repaint), Stegosaurus (orange/brown repaint), Mosasaurus, and Spinosaurus. Not sure if folks were aware of any of these?









Most importantly and long overdue, I added a section to the top of the page featuring all the species new to this year's line so folks won't need to scroll through everything just to have an idea of those.

Assuming there's more drops on the way, I'll go and get the new thread started. It will surely take a lot of (obsessive) maintenance to keep it updated with how much is sure to come out next year for it.

@Reuben03 Personally I would advise against it for the meantime. Don't want to gather ire from Mattel or Universal towards this forum as happened back in 2018.

On that note I do wonder when there will be (more, if the one above is counted) official reveals, since we still don't have a trailer yet. I'm also wondering if NY TF is returning next year? That tends to be when the bulk drops. This year didn't have it for obvious reasons.

According to leaks, there will be another Super Colossal next year for Dominion. I'd sell my Colossal T. rex if it wouldn't cost a fortune to ship.

Be sure to call your store or visit them in person and ask someone on the floor

Target's website for me said they were all sold out; but when I called, they said they had one on the floor and a neighboring store had three.
So don't give up hope until you either call or speak to a department member.
