Thanks Boki! I would really like to, but I need to get cost down on the pieces.  I need to learn how to put a hole so I can bring the volume down.  Any way, here's another guy i've been working on........

It probably most resembles Simolestes Vorax.....I figured that id place it as a generic just incase I went to liberal with the tail fins.  Any suggestions as to what to add or subtract? Maybe new species to try?  Also does anyone know how to add a hole to the models so my shapeways pieces dont cost an arm and a leg?

Just trying to figure out the final paint scheme.....I have one more that i'll upload later, but i'm leaning toward one of these two.

I always the idea of a killer whale color scheme. I did a piece of pencil back in high school of one.

The top scheme for sure. Also, I think the tail fin is upside-down.

I'd go with the grey. I don't care for colour schemes that completely copy those of animals living today.

I prefer the first variation - beautiful black & white pattern - especially the white areas on the head and on the flanks.

Oh .... and you definitely have to change the tail fin.

Waking up my thread, school starts in a few days, and I wanted to freshen my skills.  Finally learned how to use Zspheres to create a model, so much easier to do hands and feet,haha. Just a WIP




As a bonus, did my own concept of the "Diabolus rex" from Jurassic World.....really wish i would have seen this guy on set. Havent done any pencil in a while, so it's pretty bad.

Continued progress on the raptor, I wish there was an alpha for the skin detail, but I think this will turn out better anyway. Thoughts?

Pretty much done, i'd say its not that bad for my first zsphere sculpt, but it definitely needs improvement.

My first attempt at sculpting with super sculpy, this is so much more time consuming,haha. I wish real sculpting was like zbrush.
