Hard to type correctly on the forum

Recently I've been fnding that while typing on the forum, sometimes I hit a key and it won't type.  It happens several times in each post.  For example, the "po" in post didn't register just now and I had to go back and fix it.  I thought it might be my computer (which isn't old!), but this problem only happens on this forum, not when I type elsewhere.  Has something changed on the forum recently that could cause this?  Is anyone else having this problem?

I've been noticing that too. I assumed it was my keyboard.

I've had problems with the site keep freezing and sometimes looking like it hasn't typed out the letters but they show up 20 seconds later, but I know it's this site because it hasn't happened to any other.

Me, too. I just started using a wireless keyboard, so I thought that was the problem. Typing errors are way more frequent here than anywhere else, though.

Perhaps it is somehow related to the recent crash. I haven't noticed it myself, but it seems widespread by the sound of it. Please let me know if it gets better or worse.

Yes, it would really help me troubleshoot if you let me know what devices/browser you're using. Also, if anyone is not experiencing this issue, let me know (and say what browser/device if yoo can)

I'm not experiencing any problem typing on Macbook in Safari.

I am not expierncing this issue on a Google Chromebook and I am using chrome. I also use an Apple Ipad, and I use Safari, and I haven't had this issue

I have no problem with this issue.  I'm using Chrome on my desktop.  But I also post sometimes from my iPhone and iPad in Safari.

I originally thought this was an issue on my end. Now I either use a windows laptop with google or an iphone with safari or google. I still get the slight frozen keys, I guess you could call it that, about every post I make. Sorry to hear that this is an issue for a lot of us.

Yesterday I had the same problem. I would type words and letters would be missing. I thought it was an issue on my end, which it obviously was not :-)
Typing this very post is hard again.

I don't know if there any relationship between the two, but I have noticed the last few days that there is a change in how "Show unread posts since last visit" appears on my iPhone.  Instead of the line of options expressed in words like "Home, help, rules" etc, I now see just icons.  Confusingly several of these icons are simply question marks, so if you don't know what they are by position, you can't identify them other than by clicking on them.  The formatting of the list of unread posts is also different.  But sometimes the old layout with verbal options is still popping up instead.
