That's always the worst part of making a sculpture-- its really hard to tell if the width is right until its too late.

As for your T-shirt; I like it but I think you might get more donations if it were gray or black, just my opinion, though.

Yeah I just have to hope I'm close enough..so many factors to consider, bone density, thickness of skin, any fat, so I just to make them as nicely rounded as possible and what looks " right". lol

We could I suppose..would have to change the design somewhat.  If we do change it would you want one?

For those not partial to the white shirt design we also have these now : https://www.booster.com/backyardterrors?type=zoom&side=back

That was more of a general comment, but now that you posted it...

It might be a while though if I do.

Camarasaurus head progress

BlueKrono

This is seriously fascinating to watch the progression. Do you have a video anywhere of the different steps you use to make the dinos? Looks like wood-->foam-->fiberglass... What do you use for the skin and the paint, especially since they're outside?

Thanks! This is the closest I've come to one so far : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obDQkACloq4

Roughly the process is : research, research, research,  then diagram/plan,  then cut the frame from wood, add a base, test fit head to body, wrap with 12.5 gauge welded steel fencing, wrap with  poultry fencing,  spray foam on details ( head, tails, claws, ect..)  then apply vinyl skin by shrink wrapping over the whole thing.  Eyes and teeth are added last.  Then paint work is done to complete the piece.

skin is a very high strength vinyl like that used in truck tarps and roofing. Paint is just outdoor spray paint from walmart..holds up to everything but acidic bird droppings.

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.
