Does anyone know if the Lystrosaurus set has been released? It'd be a shame for the Lystrosaurus figure to be unceremoniously cancelled after starring as a main character in the movie.

Checked my local Walmart for my friend in Germany recently (he's interested in the Copter Combat pack and the newest Wave of Extreme Damage figures), and what a let down. Only some Therizinosaurus figures, those Owen and Blue packs, and at least one Uncaged Ultimate Pyroraptor in the back. Shelf was also a complete mess, and the Jurassic section was nearly fully replaced, but par for the course for that store. Gonna try to check another tomorrow maybe, but not expecting better, since this area always seems to get new stuff in pretty slowly (and that was pre-covid too mind you), if at all.

Looks about like the usual Walmart scene to me.

That doesn't look bad, sure it's another WWD color scheme (wonder why they didn't just use that on the Liopleurodon lmao) but the splash of blue is nice aaaand this one has a more fitting dentition for a pliosaur. Not too big on theaction feature but otherwise pretty neat.

You could remove them, it's not super hard to do. I think kids will place it in water regardless and just kill the electronics, they'll still play with it and the retailer was able to get a higher price for it than without.

My most anticipated figure from Mattel for the year hit shelves nearby and I'm stoked.











Photos really can't prepare you for how monstrous this thing is, it has some serious presence. Not to mention, it's an all around improvement to the past formula. Better articulation, proportions, and more paint. The fine details might not be as intricate or crisp as on the head of the apatosaurus, and I do miss the ball and socket rotation at the base of the skull but this is the easy winner in my book.

@Carnoking Dang that's super impressive. Hope I can get my hands on this one within the coming months. Closest store didn't have them yet. Still have plenty of catching up to do first, so this may be the last of this year's releases I tackle anyways. Great showcase of it, and I appreciate the banana for scale lol.

Jeez that looks absolutely enormous, even bigger than the Brachiosaurus. It looks really good, but I just do not have room for it. I already just barley made it work for the Apatosaurus.

Personally I still think the Brachiosaurus is the best. Sure, Dreadnoughts might be bigger and better articulated, but the Brachio is still the most elegant of the three.

I already said this, but is such I shame I don't have room for it.

@Blade-of-the-Moon Pyroraptor is showing up in stock for me now (edit: on my mobile web browser), but yeah Atrociraptor is out of stock. Sorry I missed that last night.
