Yes, it's similarly sized.

thanks.

On the topic of Mattel....anyone know if there is a chance of a Dreadnoughtus repaint?

I would lean towards no seeing as the trend for these large sauropod molds has been one and done so that they can make room for the next big figure, the only exception being the brachiosaurus but even that repaint seemed to be relegated to mainly online retailers.

I suppose there is a chance for a repaint/retool if the Dreadnoughtus shows up in Rebirth, otherwise I would be surprised to see it again.

Legacy Brachiosaurus got a repaint in the Amazon Exclusive.

I hope they never do that again.

CityRaptor

Well, I think this is a good thing for people who missed it the first time around. Not so good for completists, I guess.

I still got my Dreadnoughtus in box since I haven't found a place for it yet. Does it have any rubbery parts?
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

That Brachiosaurus was specifically intended to be based on the Fallen Kingdom (and Dominion) design, at least color wise.

Honestly I'm surprised we haven't gotten the JPIII version yet. The colors are widely different, and the head shape.

Blade-of-the-Moon

I'd like a total resculpt JP3 Brachiosaurus.

I wouldn't be surprised if they recycled the same body, but do a new head sculpt for the JP3 Brachi with the swept back crest.

The head on the toy is a separate piece glued in so they could easily do that...

Blade-of-the-Moon

Not sure I'd do that or not, I'd have to see it. The JP3 has a different body design as well.

Target dropped the ball this morning on that chopper release..ugh

avatar_CityRaptor @CityRaptor no rubbery parts on Dreadnoughtus. It's all solid plastic kinda like a Dino Rider toy, or like the Brachiosaurus that precedes it.
