I resumed contributing to the dinotoycollector site yesterday, adding to the Kaiyodo section.  I continued today, including adding the 2024 repaints of Tarbosaurus and Carnotaurus, but later the site went down.  It's been like this for about an hour I think, I hope the additions I've made aren't lost...

The 2 previous "Display Model" series aren't up on the site either, it would be nice to have them added too.

Good reminder. I'm way way behind on adding the Bandai figures, so thanks to your reminder here, I'm currently in the process of digging them up. I know there's quite a bit to be added such as Gashapon, the Kaitai puzzles, the Plannosaurus figures, etc. Edit: One should see how many tabs I have open lol.

I'm still behind on adding some pics @Crackington sent me recently, so perhaps I can get to both later tonight.

Thought it would be worth mentioning I'm working on an overhaul of the JW minis as well, so that I'll finally be adding a number of missing ones, and with images for those missing them. Not sure when I'll have that finished. Maybe sometime next week.

Edit: Okay the first batch of Bandai figures have been bulk added now. These are the Bandai Spirits Ichibankuji (prize game in Japan) figures, and the Bandai MegaHouse Kaitai Puzzle figures, and two Bandai Spirits skeleton model kits. Next up is the Gashapon figures (like the ones Concavenator asked for above), and the Plannosaurus series. If there's anything outside these series that folks are aware about (but aren't already added), then please point them out to me.

Edit: Added some of the late 2024/early 2025 Mattel Jurassic World releases as well.

So I failed to mention I added the PNSO Lokiceratops, and the Nanmu JP and TLW raptor action figure like a few days ago. Also updated the Cyberzoic stuff to be listed as 2025.

Gonna try to get the rest of those Bandai figures added today (or updated as needed).

What are folks thoughts on the chibi dino figures like these ones being added?

I think there might've been a mistake when it comes to the upcoming Bandai figures? According to the site, for 2025 there are 5 figures planned: 2 Triceratops and 3 Tyrannosaurus. Unless they're referring to some figures I don't know, the only figures we currently know Bandai will be releasing next year are 4:

- Allosaurus
- Stegosaurus
- Pteranodon
- Citipati

Hello everyone,

Yes, I'm alive—and yes, I'm actively working on the DTC website!

After countless attempts to tidy up and test systems, I've finally brought order to the code. And wow, I actually understand it now! Currently, I'm integrating the final features to get the site back up and running as you know and love it.

Theoretically, I could upload it right now, and it would already function better than the current version. However, I want to run a bit more testing. Every day, I'm adding 2–3 new features.

What already works flawlessly:
Product displays and all the homepage essentials, including statistics.
Login and collection management: Wishlist and collection functions are fully operational. You can add, delete, update, and filter items with ease. I'd say it's more user-friendly overall—and definitely faster.

What's still missing:
The full product display site (this will be implemented very quickly - it's mostly a design choice).
Comments - need to rework the system a bit
The personal dashboard - still thinking what will go there
The site's appearance: So far, I've focused entirely on functionality. Once everything works, I'll polish the design and improve the user experience.

Future features:
Everything is possible. The new system is so much easier to maintain—it's a huge relief. The site is now future-proof. Of course, there might still be minor issues I haven't noticed, but that's where your feedback will come in handy. The suggestion feature will definitely be the first new addition after the relaunch.

I'm sorry for the long wait. This project has taken a lot of time and energy, even though you haven't seen much of that behind the scenes. I should have kept you in the loop earlier—my bad.

I hope this overhaul of my old amateur project will meet your expectations and keep you satisfied moving forward. 😊

Yes, it's not working for you @K.Bela & @Halichoeres . If you check the home page you can see why. I posted a little Road Map to keep track of what I am doing. Today I developed the Profile Management with such "little things" like registering, changing your Name, email address, profile picture etc.

Now there is only one step left before uploading the new Version: Styling the page to give it a uniform and user friendly appearence. Right now it is optimizied for big screens and has some design flaws. As soon as I am kind of happy I will upload the new version. But lokk at it as an Early Access or beta type of thing with missing features coming one by one. I thought it is better to enable minor features step by step rather than getting annoyed not having the wishlist feature

I've uploaded the new site! It's not fully at the 2.0 status yet, but you'll get the idea. At the moment, I'm troubleshooting a few issues that popped up after going live (for example, the search bar isn't working as it should—grrr...).

The site also has a new look, and I hope you'll get used to it in no time!
