Have just pre-ordered the Velociraptor (because it's beautiful), the BAR Velociraptor kit (to make and paint my own, with accurate wings) and the desert accessory pack (to give them somewhere to live on my shelf!). Roll on May 2017! :D

I have preordered an zhenyuanlong and the forest accessory pack...I'm very excited
Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Hi,

I was not unfortunately able to participate to the kickstarter and I would be interested to have a velociraptor osmolskae.

I thus wondered if somebody (in France if possible) could order me one by the pledge manager?

If somebody can, I invite him to contact me by MP. Thank you in advance!

you  can still get one from his site , I don't remember the name.

No you cannot (at this time). It was a Kickstarter exclusive available for KS backers only. (which I am sadly not... :'()
Would be interested in an osmolskae as well.

fason

oh sorry I never realized he said osmolskae , sorry ,

(by the way I am going to preorder a raptor and a accessory pack from the site , which are so far the most accurate ?)

I guess the mononykus is the most accurate?
For the larger 'raptors', you can refer to this thread about the accuracy of each of the 'raptors'.
Link: http://dinotoyblog.com/forum/index.php?topic=4882.0
Every one of them has their flaws, the most accurate in terms of body proportions should be the velociraptors, though it's wing shape is questionable. The rest either are too fragmentary, or have too short/long body parts.
Zhen and Dromaeo being the worst offenders.

Daspletotyrannus

Wow those look nice.  So glad I pre-ordered the desert pack. But looking at the others makes me want to get the others.

DinoLord

I'm really glad David extended the Backerkit survey. With all the items available some very tough choices will have to be made!

Flaffy

I'm settling on the balaur and desert accessory pack for the mononykus.
I might get the zhenyuanlong if it gets an accuracy revision, still a tad bit disappointed on how it turned out.
Velociraptor I'll also get if it gets bigger wings on a second production run.

RobinGoodfellow

I did my pledge on the original Kickstarter project.
Then I made a pre-order about new items.
Yesterday Mr. Silva was so kind to cancel my pre-order adding it to my original pledge, saving on shipping cost.
Thank you very much.
So my final choice is:

Velociraptor
Pyroraptor olympius Fan's Choice
Saurornitholestes langstoni Fans Choice
Linheraptor exquisitus
Dromaeosaurus albertensis
Balaur bondoc
Saurornitholestes sullivani
Tsaagan mangas

I like the extra accessory packs but they are out of my monthly dino-budget....

:)

Tyto_Theropod

Glad I got the desert pack now, it's definitely the nicest looking to me, although I'm also kind of sad to be missing out on the Buitreraptor figure. I would also have liked the fan's choice Pyroraptor, but my budget sadly didn't go that far. Maybe I can get one later if there's another production run or inf someone decides they don't want theirs (unlikely, I know!). It was the first to get knocked off the list as in spite of it being very beautiful, I didn't think its colouring was as plausible as the Velociraptor's.

If you do the preorder or if you pledge in the campaign, you can add items asking to David Silva until next summer, when the orders are futilled.

Are you sure?  I've not seen David say this anywhere.  The impression I have is he can only add items until the Backerkit surveys are locked down (which is set to be in a week's time).

New update on facebook:

The Beasts of the Mesozoic Accessory Packs are done! Here is a first look at all four completed prototype sets. Plenty of photos yet to edit, but expect a big Kickstarter update tomorrow morning showing off all that these sets have to offer. And as for the Nestlings- they are currently being finished now. Expect to see finished versions by the end of tomorrow.

pretty pretty! you dont even need the larger raptors, they are wonderful dioramas on their own.

stargatedalek

I thought I recalled reading earlier that PayPal was accepted for the Backerkit, I tested it out today to make sure it was and I couldn't find the option. Am I remembering incorrectly? Or do you need a credit card to place the order and then have the option to pay via PayPal afterwards?

Dobber

I don't think you can use PayPal. Pretty sure you need a Credit Card.
