If not a photo, can someone please just type the names of the toys? I'm stuck at home with a bad cold and I could use the cheering up.  :(

It just seems a shame to me. 'Leaks' undermine the work Safari Ltd and their partners do to drum up anticipation and lessens (=destroys) the excitement meant for the formal launch. I think of it a bit like a movie being 'spoiled'.

The Dinotoyblog is one of several 'partners' (I don't know who the others are) that have been invited to participate in a concerted launch organised by Safari Ltd this year, for which there's a clear product information embargo. Given the immediacy of 'publication' on the internet, I suppose printed media (e.g. Prehistoric Times) needs a head start, but it seem unfair that some 'partners' wait while others get the privilege of, basically, 'breaking the news'. At this rate, the information will be public even before certain 'partners' know - the figures have not yet been revealed to me.

If that's the case, then don't post the information here, Boki.

I think that it really makes no sense, since is going to be easy to find anywhere else.

Once it's public info, it's public info. It doesn't do us any good to pretend otherwise. If it doesn't get posted here, it will get posted on Facebook or somewhere else by someone else. That train can't be stopped, and the DTF either goes with it or gets left behind.

Then I hope that Boki posts the info here, picture or not, at least the name of the animals. If it is published in PT then is public so we should be able to discuss about it here. Dont want to go to any other forum to discuss about it, honestly.

Nor me! Makes no sense to direct people away from the forum! :) There's no point in these threads if we can't talk about the new releases as soon as they become public.

If Safari has allowed pics to show up in print already, then it seems they will also let them show up online very soon.
On why pics and info is so close to the chest, just look on eBay at all of the Chinese knock-offs of all the major dinosaur lines that have appeared with greatly increased frequency lately...I would guess that has a LOT to do with it.
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

Halichoeres

Well, good reason to visit my campus office today (my PT subscription goes there). I imagine any copies you find at newsstands and bookstores would be the previous issue, in which case pretty good incentive to subscribe.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Oh dear! If I can, I will name the critters. I just knew others have subscription to PT.
If Adam thinks it's okay, then I will go ahead.
Really make no sense to run the ad on Pt, but not make it public officially on FB I'm sure safari knows the PT timeline.

The info is public domain now. Tell us what Prehistoric Times have revealed. :)

Shonisaurus

At least they could communicate with forum members new names to open mouth metaphorically speaking.

Maybe the issue of PT came out a bit earlier than they thought it would. I subscribe via their app, off to see if I have the new issue yet :)
