avatar_KeU @KeU Nice photographs of that great giganotosaurus from W-Dragon I congratulate you magnificent figure. By the way you comment in your post about the giganotosaurus the following:

"It feels like solid plastic. It doesn't feel like the legs are made of resin."
Do you mean that W-Dragon's giganotosaurus legs are made of resin? I have that figure and I can assure you that it has not had broken legs, although I am a very careful person and as I have already said in the W-Dragon dinosaur thread, that dinosaur is made of resistant PVC. Maybe I'm wrong but in my case I bought it because it was the first W-Dragon dinosaur whose figure was not made of any of its resin parts.

I am telling you because if not, that is, some of its parts are made of resin, I think for security reasons to put said figure in a display case or in a safe place to preserve it from damage.

Ugh, every time I see the Vitae Giganotosaurus, I think about how much I want one. It looks so good. Does yours lean at all?
Mine has been displayed since two years and it didn't ever lean. I have no idea how they managed to accomplish such a miracle, when figures with bigger feet like Papos or figures that have rods too (like PNSOs) inevitabily lean. It may be because the plastic is less stiff than other models.
"Dinosaurs lived sixty five million years ago. What is left of them is fossilized in the rocks, and it is in the rock that real scientists make real discoveries. Now what John Hammond and InGen did at Jurassic Park is create genetically engineered theme park monsters, nothing more and nothing less."

You should be correct.
I just wanted to mention that it feels different from the previous W-Dragon releases where they are part or fully resin.

avatar_KeU @KeU As they commented in a Facebook message, the giganotosaurus W-Dragon is made of a special PVC that prevents the species from deforming or falling. I pass the exact words that said company comments on the material of giganotosaurus W-Dragon:
"Poured with solid PVC and a built-in ABS skeleton, the legs of the model are not prone to softening or deforming. It stands independently without the base and can prevent the model from falling over."

Another comment: "PS: this time, the legs are made of solid injection molded PVC material combined with the internal ABS frame, which will not deform soft feet, lift off the platform and is resistant to falls"

Halichoeres

Thanks for these detailed photos, definitely reaffirmed my decision.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

Wheee~
My first of the new wave of PNSO figures.
Strangely, it is the last figure I ordered that showed up first.
There are 5 ahead of it that are still in transit hell.
Really pleased with Caroline the Corythosaurus.
Great sculpt and details. The fine scales really show up really well with figure on hand.
Paint is good too.
The proportions are off, especially the head, but it is not too distracting.

Decently wide, would have preferred more chunkiness.

Head crest is a little oversized as well?
That might add to the perception that the head itself is larger.

Dainty arms and feet.
Are there supposed to be hooves on the hands?

She is a big girl.
Definitely more Magnapaulia sized than Corythosaurus.

Shonisaurus

My congratulations on your new acquisition. Honestly for me the corythosaurus PNSO is by far the best figure of that species made to date by any toy dinosaur factory.

It's a good looking figure, all right. All my PNSOs are also in transit hell :(

The tracking system is horrible.
The status updates are China, China, China, then suddenly, there is a package in front of the door.

Duna

Fantastic collection you have. My tuojiangosaurus arrived incredibly fast, then the Tsintaosaurus got stuck in transit hell as well, and Corythosaurus, which was bought a week later, arrived a week ago. I don't understand anything ....

SidB

"Transit hell" is a good descriptive, for sure, especially in these times of uncertainty.

Thank you!
Yeah, nothing makes sense.
Feels like the folks are just picking up packages randomly and sending them along.

I certainly hope things improve when the covid situation gets better.

KeU

Things are slowly trickling in.
Sede the Ankylosaurus is next.
The original paint on her was really muted, so I added some darker colors.

Size comparison with Doyle. Sede is oversized, while Doyle can be bigger.

Hell Creek companions.

Bread

Wonderful photos and collection! Adding those dark colors definitely improves the look of the sculpt.

Thanks!
If anything, the mod adds another color to the figure and gives it a little more depth.
My painting is really not great at all...

Shonisaurus

Nice ankylosaurus and I'm so glad you got it. Honestly, the ankylosaurus from PNSO is one of the most beautiful that exists among the various brands of toy dinosaurs, although honestly the one I like the most is Brett's ankylosaurus from Safari by far.

KeU

3rd across the line, 3 more to go.
In terms of details, the PNSO Borealopelta really takes the cake.
So much fine sculpting work.
Could just keep staring at him.

Scales decently well with Sede too.

Shonisaurus

My congratulations on your latest acquisitions, the PNSO series dinosaurs. honestly PNSO boreapelta far outperforms sauropelta in terms of quality and is a decent size than. Perhaps the best barbed dinosaur made by PNSO to date.

Thanks Shoni.
Do you mean the Safari Sauropelta or the brand new PNSO one?
Still debating if I want to get the PNSO Sauropelta, it is too similar to the Borealopelta.

SidB

Love that Borealopelta. Mine came within a few feet of me, all the way from Hong Kong, but then Canada Post took it away, claiming "undeliverable," even though the correct shipping address was plainly marked on the package. Have had to order another one and wait for another six or so weeks. Oh well, I can enjoy your beautiful pictures in the meanwhile.
