There are five rather odd (You'll see...) Dinotales releasing in December.  I asked via my mailing list for someone to post the two photos I sent here.

Taking orders now.

Thanks.
Brett

Posting this here because all the discussion of it has been in the Classified section where it will eventually be buried and not very useful for reference:

Including
Borealopelta (retooled from Sauropelta)
Carnotaurus
Iguanodon
Quetzalcoatlus
Tarbosaurus

Am extremely excited for that Quetzalcoatlus

Faelrin

And there it is, the first figure of Borealopelta. They all look really nice though. Wish I'd be able to get these, but not with my other collecting priorities.

They look good, these miniatures of Kaiyodo may be responsible for Brett over time. I really like your tarbosaurus and its carnotaurus.

Great news for UK collectors, EverythingDinosaur will be stocking Kaiyodo figures, the first of which will be the Tyrannosaurs :)

How on EARTH did they get those rexes to stand like that?? Mine won't stand unless it's firmly on its tail.

My guess is that they propped them up. I don't think the photo is ED's own, but likely a stock image from Kaiyodo they had permission to use.

We hope that they also commercialize figures of other prehistoric animals of Kinto Kaiyodo mainly miniatures. It is good news that the figures of Kaiyodo are sold and begin with those figures for me very nice.

Thanks for the links Shonisaurus :D

Found this video show casing the 'Classic' Tyrannosaurus. At 1 minute and 32 seconds into the video, a stop motion animation begins that shows off the articulation. It's a little silly, especially with the music, but is fairly informative.

Shame the joints don't look so good outside of the default pose, I have the Humboldt penguin from this line and the joints all look fairly smooth and natural in most poses.

I got to pick up my T. rex today and I'm delighted with it ^-^ It's beautifully sculpted and painted; I went for the "tiger" version and discovered that the proto-feather detail along the spine is subtley picked out in a very complimentary dark purple colour, which I hadn't noticed on any pictures before. The only negative is that the articulation points really add very little to it, I do feel that they would have been better off sculpting it in a less awkward posture and scrapping the notion of articulation! Also, some of the joints were initially very stiff. But without a doubt it's one of the best rexes available for a reasonable price

Could we get some in-hand pics? Would be cool to see how much they differ from their stock photos :)

IrritatorRaji

Just placed an order for the Classic Rex with ED :) Did originally want to go for the Tiger Striped, but I figured that the Classic would better suit the articulation

avatar_IrritatorRaji @IrritatorRaji oh man I wish I could post photos, but not even opening a Flickr account has permitted me to do so ::) Its a perennial source of frustration!! I'd say my rex is spot-on to the catalogue images though, it's very neat! There's a bit of a gap between the first tail section and the model's bottom, but nothing too distracting. The only other issue is the feet aren't flat, they're very slightly pronated bit I think it'll be possible to correct!

The limited Rex figures are starting to run low
