Well never mind, it's "Blue"... again...
Looks pretty good, gonna pick it up for the sculpt and the sculpt only. I do not care for "Blue".

Cool. I like this sculpt better than the others. Neck is a bit long, and I hope the tail isn't too segmented.

Loon

Geez, I guess the forum doesn't support images from toynewsinternational, just won't share images from there anymore. Sorry gang.

CityRaptor

Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Shadowknight1

Could they have come up with a better pose for Blue there?  I know they want to show off that she's articulated, but she looks very unsettling in that pose.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

tyrantqueen

That articulated Blue actually looks pretty cool. I don't know if it's the BotM influence at work or not, but it's nice to see more articulated dinosaurs.

Reptilia

Honestly the tail is short and thin on both EC and T&T rexes, if you're not bothered with them I don't understand why you are with the Spinosaurus. The super articulated Blue looks like a great action figure, I don't like the Indoraptor because of the blunted teeth and the sculpt detail that doesn't look top to me, but judging from that image with Blue Mattel did a fantastic job. And it would actually make a nice display with a BotM Velociraptor. Science versus fiction, you know.

Faelrin

At first I just thought Blue had some really nice sculpted detail on her leg, but upon closer inspection I have noticed there are subtle stripes painted. I'm really love the attention to detail this figure has. The articulation aside, this figure almost looks like one of those statues of her in terms of quality (especially in sculpt on the head).

Will the collector model require a collector subscription?

THE BRACHIOSAURUS IS CONFIRMED!

Sorry for the all caps, I'm just so freaking hyped. It's in scale too. Only waited my whole life for that to happen, lol. There's going to be an Amargasaurus too. Omg. The last time we had something like that was from the Kenner Chaos Effect line (which I had as a child). This couldn't be more exciting for me.

From the Jurassic Outpost twitter (there's also pics of the Styracosaurus sculpt render there): https://twitter.com/JurassicOutpost/status/1020759831161040898

Now for something less exciting (maybe even disappointing, but nothing I didn't expect):

The Pachyrhinosaurus toy is in fact going to be called Sinoceratops like it is on the app.

Poor Amargasaurus and Styracosaurus are literally getting overshadowed by Brachiosaurus.

Jesus Christ, I was about to make a joke about putting it in the fireplace, but I thought it too soon.

Thank you for going there so I did not have to.  ;)

I'm really dumb and for a second I thought you meant "Thanks for going in the fireplace!"

Loon

I'll legit buy 3 of the Brachiosaurus, that's a dream toy. I saw the pic for the first time, and, since I just ate, I almost threw up.

1) A vomit inducing Brachiosaur sounds more like a nightmare than a dream
2) ...That doesn't even sound like a compliment  :)) "I threw up when I saw it!"

mgaguilar

All that avatar_Loon @Loon needs is a Dennis Nedry in the same wave and a full on vomit will commence!

I don't blame you, waiting for my vomit moment too.

Faelrin

Honestly I almost puked from how excited I was. I need to calm down now.  ;D

I knew about the Styracosaurus for a while now (from the leaks of it and the other 2019 toys a bit ago), but I'm still extremely happy about it. Same goes for the Amargasaurus. But this Brachiosaurus is something I've wanted to see happen for a very long time now. The closest I ever had to that was the out of scale JPIII one Hasbro made which was small when I was a kid. Although now with two sauropods confirmed I have to wonder when and if an Apatosaurus will be made (although at this point, do I really need one with these two species)?

Also Mattel confirmed 16 new species for next year's toy line (here: https://twitter.com/Mattel/status/1020741263748825089). We already know a couple of them now:
-Brachiosaurus
-Amargasaurus
-Styracosaurus
-Tapejara
-Therizinosaurus (if it didn't get scrapped)

Edit: I forgot all about the Attack Pack Coelurus, Attack Pack Dracorex, Attack Pack Rhamphorhynchus, and Battle Damage Plesiosaurus.

I really have to wonder what else is in store now (please let there be Parasaurolophus, and the I. rex too).

I CAN'T BELIVE THIS IS HAPPENING!

It will be interesting to see Mattel's take on Amargasaurus and I am also excited for the Styracosaurus.

Oh c'mon! Why they could not left it as a Pachyrhinosaurus? Now they are going to confuse people that do not know about dinosaurs.

OMG SAUROPODS YEEEEEEEESSSSS!!!!  ^-^

Mattel is rocking and rolling with their Jurassic Park line! True to scale JP sauropods have never been done before (Amargaspinus and JPIII Brach don't count) except for the baby Brach that came with Tim Murphy, which finally has a momma.

Amargasaurus huh? That wasn't on InGen's list! As such, the door is now wide open for Mamenchisaurus and Apatosaurus to follow.

CityRaptor

Well, there is probably a lot that was not on InGen's list. I wonder if the Amarga will draw inspiration from any of the games it is in.
