That's a nice way of displaying them! ^^ I like the first scene.

I actually rather like the Allosaurus. The sculpt looks good and the articulation while minimal is satisfying. My only complaint is it doesn't stand as well as the others.

Sadly haven't seen any of the second wave here in Canada yet. Can't wait for the second Indoraptor, adore the articulated one.
Just noticed your post. Welcome back!

Jusy FYI, I found all 3 wave 2 Roaravores in a chance visit to Walmart today(Illinois), they have otherwise been seemingly completely absent from all stores (visted by me).
The newrby Target had nothing (or not stocked).

They were still in the brown box waiting to be put up. Seems I got the only 3 they had.
(Very polite employee agreed to open it for me).

Surprised to see that the Triceratops seems to be shipping with them.
I did not see any other Wave 2 items or brown boxes labeled with Jurassic.

Don't know if this has been posted yet; but, I think I found the inspiration for the Battle-damaged Monolophosaurus:

In the first few rows of the Google image search results too.

Question:
Can an assembled Mosasaurus be dissembled safely without anything breaking?

I don't think so. There's nothing outside the tail or flippers that would disengage them out of their sockets. Forcefully pulling them out may break the clips inside, permanently preventing them from being assembled again.
I see, thanks!  ^-^

Seems like a bit of a stretch personally. Both the toy and the model resemble the actual animal pretty well, it could just be a coincidence (like how the JWFK Carnotaurus looks similar to the sideshow version).

Hi all, can anyone please refer me to a species list of the new blind bag mini figures? I bought a couple of them the other week, one was Blue the velociraptor and the other one I think a Metriacanthosaurus. Nice figures apart from the huge feet! Sorry if already covered by the thread, but haven't the time to read through 80 pages! Thanks  :)

Here are my two newest additions: Ceratosaurus and Baryonyx. Of all the Roarivores figures, these are the only two I really wanted, and they're great! One with a grin, and one with a gaping maw.

I always loved that quick glimpse of a Ceratosaurus in JPIII, and this figure is an exact reproduction of that animal from the film. It fits in better with the Legacy line as a result. Unfortunately it has some stability issues, tending to be a bit front-heavy, but luckily the ball-jointed legs allow for some solutions to ultimately avoiding a tripod pose. If only the tail were made of a slightly denser material.

My Baryonyx luckily seems to have no stability issues thus far, and neither figure has a loose leg.

Blue, Pteranodon and Tyrannosaurus (green variant) aren't in the image; and Ceratosaurus, Postosuchus, Diplodocus, Dimorphodon and Pachyrhinosaurus are not available as of now.

This just tells us how highly wanted these toys are.

By the way, I have 2 question for you guys:

1-Does anybody think the Super colossal Tyrannosaurus was an "Experiment" to see how good a huge dinosaur toy would sell? And now that the experiment has succeed, they are taking the next step with the Brachiosaurus?

2- To European forum members. Have any of you seen the Mosasaurus in stores or at least on an online retailer from your country that is not Amazon? I say this because I am actually surprised of how much JW stuff has come to my country, the distribution has been better than what I expected (Who would have though that I was going to see most of the Legacy stuff in my country, even some Battle damage figures) but for some reason the freakin´ Mosasaurus has not come to my country and I want to know if that's the case for other European countries. All dinosaurs from wave 1, including the super colosal T.rex have come, but not the Mosasaurus. :(

I hope these will be in stores next week, since that's when I'll be checking. If not then, then hopefully the other legacy figures will be out by then too, such as the Dilophosaurus and JPIII Velociraptor. Here's the link to the Spinosaurus on Mattel's site too: https://shop.mattel.com/shop/en-us/ms/jurassic-world-legacy-collection-extreme-chompin-spinosaurus-figure-fvp49

Here's a link to the third Legacy Mini figure set: https://www.target.com/p/jurassic-world-legacy-collection-mini-dinos-5pk-set-3/-/A-53304411

Also posting these links to the Legacy Dilophosaurus and JPIII Velociraptor again:

avatar_MLMjp @MLMjp I do think that they possibly wanted to test the waters with the Super Colossal T. rex, and possibly wait for the entire line to sell good enough as well, since it probably would have been too much of a risk initially. Since so many collectors have been on board with this line (aside from the usual demographic of parents buying them for children), it probably gave them the support they needed to go ahead with it, as well as paying attention to fan's desires for one.

Video reviews of the Grab n´Growl Indoraptor:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i00Ij9R2npw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTXrf2nzX64

New Indoraptor:
+Has a more accurate head
+Has electronics and action features
-It has less poseability
-It´s bigger than the regular Indoraptor

Regular Indoraptor:
+Extremely poseable
+Smaller
-Does not have electronics
-Not so accurate head

Both of them are pretty nice when it comes to paint and detail. Personally I think I prefer the regular one, but the head on the new one...it makes me doubt.

Thanks very much Flaffy,

Pretty sure it"s the Metriacanthosaurus but have taken a snap just in case. It's with Blue - sorry about the mess, we're decorating!

No Mosasaurs here, captain.

MoarCrossovers

I haven't managed to find any Action Attack figures in the UK.

1 - Possibly

2- Saw her at Toys"R"Us and Müller. Both online and in store. Also on Ebay, but at inflated prices.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

My mom picked up this Imaginext Stiggy and Roarivores Pteranodon for me today. I posted more of my thoughts on it in the recent acquisitions thread, but I'll paste it here too:

QuoteMy mom found these today shopping at a Walmart. They were the only ones in stock too. So this nearly completes my Wave 2 (? Still not sure what is from which wave what at this point now) additions. It just leaves the Attack Pack Stygimoloch and Suchomimus left (I think). I love this Pteranodon's sounds so much, and the ball jointed head is pretty cool. Kind of reminds me of Rodan, which I suppose is appropriate in a way. The Imaginext Stiggy is pretty cute too. I'm not sure if I want to take it out of the package later since it looks pretty cool in the egg, but knowing me, I probably will.

Now I took several pics. One with the Roarivores Pteranodon and the Legacy Pteranodon, as well as the Dimorphodon as a size comparison, and another for fun pic with it in the Mosasaurus mouth.

Now with that aside, I do hope to get the Grab and Growl Indoraptor eventually. I really like the new head sculpt, and of course the really cool sounds it has. It'll be good to have both to take advantage of both of what they have to offer.

Thank you for the reviews. I think I might just pick up the G&G. Are there any videos on modding the teeth? The teeth still gets to me...but not quite as much as the previous models.
