True, Schleich triceratops is a great figure for me it is one of my favorites along with those of Safari, PNSO, Battat and now Mojo. Maybe the body paint could be improved but like everything in life that can be extended to other toy brands. One hundred percent perfection does not exist in this life.

I congratulate you on your new acquisition Killekor.

Thank you!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

I'm back with some recent acquisitions  :))

I think I've got the Battat bug, so the first few are Battat figures.
Acrocanthosaurus

Carnotaurus

& Ceratosaurus

I got the next batch on sale so I couldn't refuse  ;)

Safari Apatosaurus

Safari Parasaurolophus

Safari Velociraptor

& finally, Schleich Spinosaurus

pretty happy with this haul I must say, there will likely be more to come as well, haha.

avatar_australovenator @australovenator My congratulations on your new acquisitions. Honestly, Battat dinosaurs, even those figures that are recent and fortunately can still be found easily on the market, are for me the most beloved vintage dinosaur figures by far.

On the other hand, the Schleich spinosaurus shows how much the German company of guardo has changed for more than twenty years many pleasant memories.

The Apatosaurus of Safari and the same can be said of its velociraptor and parasaurolophus counterparts are essential figures for any collector even if they are PVC figures. Personally I have a very good concept of the Safari brand and all its sculptors who make epic figures in the market year after year.

I was able to pick up the Ultimate Baryoynx Breakout set, courtesy of my pal in Germany that I deal with on reddit, that I need to pay back in early September. I'll post the rest of the pics in the JW thread.

Great Jurassic acquisitions guys!
I also got some on my trip to Andorra:

Was in my local Hobby Lobby, and not sure why, but checked the shelf that usually only has a few scratched and scraped Papos on it, and there just happened to be a totally pristine Safari Feathered Rex! **YOINK!** It was $15, with the Hobby Lobby 40% off coupon on my phone... gotta love that...

Nice photo and really good catch!

Well this set came today. Glad I had been putting it off for so long, because $10 is such a good deal for this. It's pretty large too.

Whew! I've been on this job in Chehalis, WA and have had some great finds while exploring after work!

Last week I snagged the JW Quetzalcoatlus at Walmart here, then found a local educational toy store called "Let's Play Something". To my surprise, they actually had a small spread of CollectA dinosaurs, as well as Jurassic World Attack Packs and humans. I picked out the CollectA Sciurumimus for $5 and the only Claire w/Stego I have ever found for $10.

Today I stopped by Sunbird Shopping Center in Centralia looking for work wear/field gear, and was completely surprised to find a rather large spread of CollectA dinosaurs! I picked up the Daxiatitan for $7.99!!

I haven't seen CollectA on shelves except for one other location in Washington, so these were super fun finds!  ;D

Brontozaurus

Man, I really haven't posted in here for ages. Mostly because I've been too broke to really buy anything for most of this year, and after moving interstate I've tried to limit how much stuff I own.

As soon as I got a job three months ago, this mentality went out the window and I've been merrily accumulating dinosaurs once again.

New JW stuff has been slowly trickling in to Australia. Last week I found the new wave of battle damage dinos and picked up the Herrerasaurus and Monolophosaurus.

My most interesting find though was a Tyco Megatherium in a random second hand shop I had a look in one day. It's in quite good condition, if it wouldn't be monumentally expensive to do so I'd try to get its parts back.

My collection! UPDATED 21.03.2020: Dungeons & Dinosaurs!

australovenator

My battat collection is coming along nicely, as you can see  ;D

I'm limiting myself to the ones that are still easily obtainable. Got the Amargasaurus and Dacentrurus coming in another week or so, just need to try and track down the Euoplocephalus.

Shonisaurus

Congratulations australovenator Battat dinosaur figures are one of my favorite Vintage brands along with Invicta. What I regret is that the Battat pachyrhinosaurus is made of a very hard material and therefore tends to be broken by some accidental fall. Luckily I have mine at the bottom of one of my shelves.

So cool to see CollectA in the wild! Maybe Breyer has been good for them.

I finally got these two critters:

I have my Hammond figure from EE on its way now, and I should have that next week sometime. Ditto with the Amargasaurus if Amazon ships it.

triceratops83

I just won an Ebay auction for an Invicta Lambeosaurus. Stayed up half the night to keep an eye on it. Funnily enough, it was put up for auction two times previously with no interest from anyone else. The previous auction finished at like three in the morning, and I slept through my alarm and missed it. I wanted to leave my bid to the last minute as I'm sure a lot of people just bid on things because someone else has, but no one did. I got it for a better price than I've seen them sell for - about 70 British Pounds (120 Australian dollars) So, I'll finally have an Invicta Lambeosaurus! Just need a Favorite Saurolophus and a Battat Maiasaura to cross off my list.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.
