that is the strangest looking sauropod Ive ever seem. It's so oddly proportioned.

Shonisaurus

Hurrah! an atlasaurus will make very good company with the Safari malawisaurus if the news is confirmed. I prefer dinosaurs obscure dinosaurs known no matter how great they are, provided they know an acceptable fossil material of a dinosaur or other obscure prehistoric animal is an audacious and successful idea the determination of Eofauna. I congratulate you, sometimes you have to go slowly and with a good letter like Eofauna but in a safe way and destined your figures to collectors and paleontologists or other scientists.

Killekor

So the upcoming model is an Atlasaurus? Deluding (for me).
There's really any chance that the model is one of the dinosaurs in the cover of the article? That dark blue white tailed dromaeosaur looks nice, such as the Spinosaurus!

Bigger than a camarasaurus,
and with a bite more stronger that the T-Rex bite,
Ticamasaurus is certainly the king of the Jurassic period.

With Balaur feet, dromaeosaurus bite, microraptor wings, and a terrible poison, the Deinoraptor Dromaeonychus is a lethal enemy for the most ferocious hybrid too.

Lanthanotus

Woah, even unconfirmed, that will get my hopes high. A sauropod, first ever in toy form and such an obscure one in that. And I like the model shown in the paper, I really hope they make it and as it is shown there (well, with closed skin for sure). At the estimated model size/scale it should go nicely with my PNSO Huanghetitan.

Syndicate Bias

still waiting on that Bajadasaurus 😤

I know they will make it one day

Gothmog the Baryonyx

Atlasaurus sounds very interesting. It would be great if that was the next figure.

Am I the only one who likes the fluffy Dilophosaurus though?
Megalosaurus, Iguanodon, Archaeopteryx, Cetiosaurus, Compsognathus, Hadrosaurus, Brontosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, Albertosaurus, Herrerasaurus, Stenonychosaurus, Deinonychus, Maiasaura, Carnotaurus, Baryonyx, Argentinosaurus, Sinosauropteryx, Microraptor, Citipati, Mei, Tianyulong, Kulindadromeus, Zhenyuanlong, Yutyrannus, Borealopelta, Caihong

Shonisaurus

In my case I like the bajadasaurus but sincerely I would be more interested in a spinosaurus with the version that is shown on the page, although I know that there are many in case Eofauna does not do the atlasaurus. In any case, everything that Eofauna does will always be phenomenal and of honor registration from the paleo-artistic point of view and the collecting.

Please no more Spinosaurus.

Then an atlasaurus is a rare and pretty sauropod at the same time Eofauna would make one that would honestly not leave anyone indifferent from the positive point of view.

Toasaurus

As a sauropod lover im excited to have a new species i was always freaked out and amazed of how odd atlasaurus was

Please no more Spinosaurus.

Unless it is an Ichthyovenator . That would be quite welcome!

Guys, look:

https://m.facebook.com/eofauna.figures.7?tsid=0.2037201065382639&source=result

Look at their latest post. They literally said ( new Eofauna figures images ). Earlier this week, I asked them if that figure they were talking about was a figure just like their Giganotosaurus, Palaeoloxodon and Steppe Mammoth, and they told me yes. Also, they told me that they would publish more information on their social media in the next (s) week (s).

Looks like we've got something coming...  ::)

Shonisaurus

avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator Then they will make the famous atlasaurus as I hope Concavenator? The atlasaurus is a rare and unknown animal in the market of toy and collecting and most importantly many bone remains of that rare sauropod is known as an obscure dinosaur. By the way in that link I do not see anything.

Concavenator

I don' know yet, but, based on what we have seen so far, I think it's safe to assume that their next model is an Atlasaurus. I would be surprised if it's anything else.

Looking forward to it :)

That's not their official page though. A fan page (i think).

Concavenator

avatar_The Prehistoric Traveler @The Prehistoric Traveler I don't think it is a fan page at all.Since Eofauna is not just a company who makes dinosaur models ( unlike Safari or CollectA,for example),they also research, write books...that page must be their official page for figures. They announce new figures on that page too, post pics, and so on , even though on their official page they also do that, but the page I linked, is only for figures.

Killekor

avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator could you show on the forum what Eofauna posted on Facebook?
I don't have Facebook.

Thanks in advance!

avatar_Killekor @Killekor even if you don't have FB, you should still be able to see the page itself.

P @PumperKrickel well, it could be.I thought it was an official page too, other than the main page itself.

Anyways, we should have news soon.

Eofauna, in their collector quiz thread, they said they would mainly focus on theropods, ornithischians, sauropodomorphs and proboscideans.
They've already got 2 proboscideans and one theropod, so Atlasaurus would be their first sauropod. And (afaik) it would also be the first figure/model of this species

Thanks for the answer avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator !
I've tried to open the page but it says that I can't see it if I'm not registered.
Could someone show Eofauna's post on the forum?

Thanks in advance!
