That raptor clip is probably not representative of the show, the art style looks very different from the few posters and other promotional stills.

ItsTwentyBelow

If that animated raptor clip is the official teaser for the show, then what makes you think it isn't representative of the animation?

I would like to know more about this show, and it's weird we don't have even a screen still from an episode or anything yet if it's coming this year. Maybe toy fairs will tell. The only other promo image I've seen shows the cartoony-looking kids silhouetted against the park gate, which is confusing because it is indeed apparently different animation from the raptor, but maybe only the humans will look cartoony?

Ok Anyone heard of FAST & FURIOUS Spy Racers?

Its an animated Show on Netflix aimed for kids.

FAST & FURIOUSis a Universial Studios Property

Just like Jurassic World.

If this is what the Animation in Camp Cretacious is going to look like, then i say it might not be too bad, and the toys might not look any diffrent then the current toys on the market now.  (though i cant say much for the story and presentation)

Blade-of-the-Moon

looks like the clip we saw, not bad, better than a lot i've seen.

So since toy fair is in like another week anyone hoping we'll see some of those new species teased at SDCC (such as the now confirmed Sound Strike Irritator, Majungasaurus, Sinoceratops, and even the Parasaurolophus) if not anything else leaked like the Super Colossal and Primal Pal Indominus rex? Possibly/hopefully Savage Strike Delta and Echo, and any others in that subline? Maybe some confirmations on what is going to be in Camp Cretaceous as well?

Good point. It's not overly stylized and the proportions appear reasonable.

I think we'll see some things for sure, maybe the Camp Cretaceous tie ins since we already have some idea what one is thanks to that Paris website.  The Colossal Indominus and Primal Pal I as well, sounds like roughly what new items we saw last year so it makes sense.

I could see animation like that working for Camp Cretaceous. The environments, vehicles, and dinosaurs being rendered more realistically. Some of the human characters in that Fast & Furious trailer definitely have pretty exaggerated proportions like in the Camp Cretaceous poster.

I think it's possible we could get "normal" looking human figures from Mattel for CC (if they're releasing any humans, which I don't know), but I keep in mind that Star Wars has released whole figure waves for its shows that exactly mirror the cartoon look. Although Hasbro have also sold "realistic" figure versions of some of those animated Star Wars TV characters that display nicely alongside the film characters, which is what I'd really hope we get for CC.

Since Camp Cretaceous has been of discussion here perhaps this would be of interest:

I came across this post and it turns out there will be a junior novelization of it, as well a bit more info on when it takes place and one of the character names. And it turns out the show is coming out in August too.

Well, that is somewhat interesting, but we really need some more visuals from this show.

Not streaming until August? Man, that is quite the wait. This show was announced last June, so 14 months between then and August 2020 seems like an awfully long time. Am I just being impatient?

The New York Toy Fair is happening this weekend. Hopefully there will be more new reveals. I'm very curious to see what the Siats is like.

Yup, I'm very much looking forward to possible new stuff at Toy Fair!

With the release of Camp Cretaceous still being a ways off, I wonder if there will be anything about it featured this weekend. Maybe?

That info might be outdated, there was some discussion about the involved parties not agreeing on one? It's possible that was right as of the books approval, it could be moved back or forward I guess.  I was thinking May/June myself.  Though I suppose they could have held off what with production issues for the toyline maybe being a concern?

We got news:
Epic roaring T.rex, Super Colossal Indominus rex, Primal Pal Indominus, and another Indominus thing.

I said I was interested in that T.rex, I take it back. Where is the high point of the neck behind the head? I guess they went for a more cartoony look, most likely because of Camp Cretaceus...
Super Colossal Indominus isn´t bad, but I have zero interest in the Super Colossal stuff.

We also got more crappy repaints/retools.
Irritator must have irritated Mattel a lot, look what they have done to her!
Majungasaurus sculpt seem good but those colors are awful, awful. I could do without the purple an yellow line on her face, they kinda obscure its features to me.

Anyone got the feeling that Mattel is starting to drop the ball on this?

Is that a junvenile Ankylosaurus?

Also looks like they are expanding the Snap Squad line to include herbivores.

I actually like the colors of the Majungasaurus.

another Indominus thing.

That would be for the Imaginext line.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Flaffy

Kinda want that Majungasaurus. The colours aren't great, but they're not incredibly offensive to me.
The Irritator looks like it's suffering from tooth decay though, feels like it was done by the same sculptor who was responsible for the Sarcosuchus, and they took a tad too much inspiration from crocs.

I got most of the OG Jurassic Park species and humans (save for that darn exclusive Hammond), and I'm honestly not too invested in the line anymore. Especially since Mattel never seems to get their distribution right, and new stuff never arrives here.

suspsy

The Majungasaurus and the Irritator look fine. The Roaring T. rex looks nicer than the Super Colossal version, although a promotional image can often be different from the retail one.

And what's with that grey Ceratosaurus?

Cool stuff, except for the majority in these new pics being repaints. Intrigued by the young Ankylosaurus.

Majungasaurus looks great, I like the sculpt and the colors! Don't get what is with people putting emphasis into saying how "awful" the colors are, sheesh I think they are eye-catching and quite like the patches of blue. Why not just have a good time with it? I'll take these colors over the standard dark above and pale below counter-shading pattern.

The Irritator unfortunately doesn't look so hot with how they did the teeth, and the colors are not as attractive as the Majungasaurus.

I don't see anything in these pics from the main line that looks any more "cartoonified" than usual, so don't know what that one person above was talking about.

Hope we see some Camp Cretaceous stuff this weekend!

Ok maybe I exaggerated with the awful colors, I´m fine with the base green but the purple and yellow on the head bother me a lot, hopefully we get a repaint of this one in the future.
