Which would be bit of a problem for me, since T-Rex should be much bulkier than a Giga...

But Nanmu works with JP/JW as a Style in der Products, so their T. rex is from the early 90s and is not supposed to look sc. accurate. I guess thats okay then in their Universe. Correct me, if i am wrong.

Looks like the Nanmu Jiggy is gonna be pretty large even compared to Rexy.

Scaled the photos based on the person's hands and the wood panels in the background.

I need both

Someone buy my overpriced tiny $320 Giga resin figure please 😂

Nanmu has the best looking Giga of any brand or even most resin kits imo

Duna

I'm seriously thinking about buying a JP style tyrannosaurus. Do you guys think the Nanmu is the best rendition?

I think so, in this price range the Nanmu is perfect.

I recommend it, it is a great figure. It is worth having it on the shelves of a collection, that is something expensive the figure.

Yes, absolutely. It's simply the best Rex altogether below 100 $ and maybe on of the most detailed figures altogether below 100 $. I am still impressed by mine.

I am really not sure which paint job looks better. Having the orange one on the shelf together with W-Dragon and Papos Giganotosaurus would probably be a nice picture - as all have comparable paintjobs. However, without thinking about displaying it with other figures - I think the darker one really looks epic and unique.

Seeing the picture above: this guy's size is really going to be impressive. It's definitely even bigger than the Spino, although the spino is 1 cm longer than the Giga according to the manufacturer data.

avatar_KeU @KeU They are spectacular. When will you be able to buy on Aliexpress or on lacitedesnuages.be (in this case pre-order) to give two examples?

Oh wow thanks !

They migth have the most beautiful eyes they've done so far, if they manage to reproduce them on the final products.
Do they come with the steam/mist coming out of their nostrils and mouths ?

Also they are now available for prepurchase on Lanatimeshop, the price is in the same range as the T-Rex, slightly more expensive with the base.
Release date is still undetermined, just first quarter of 2021.

Shonisaurus

Yes, I found out on facebook, I think we will have it in April. So we will have to wait and in this case it will serve to save on that beauty and prioritize expenses. Maybe figures from other less expensive dinosaur brands will have to wait maybe indefinitely, as far as I'm concerned.

Yes I don't know which one will come first Triceratops or Giganotosaurus.
But come on Nanmu must have more to announce now, I hope they'll tease us what there is to come for 2021.

Carnoking

Oh man, help me decide between these two fellow dino lovers. I don't think I've ever been this town on a nanmu product before.

Takama

Before any of you, laugh this off as a hoax. Keep in mind, this is how the Triceratops was teased.

Carnoking

Certainly isn't out of the scope of what Nanmu could do. They've already produced a couple massive figures. Looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

Shonisaurus

A brachiosaurus on Nanmu's part would be interesting but if they do it will be a huge animal.

triceratops83

If they do a big-ass Brachiosaurus, hopefully they'll want to focus on some smaller pieces and give us Parasaurolophus and Corythosaurus. I'd even be happy if they were just two versions of basically the same sculpt, like when they did different poses for the Ankylosaurus. Just different heads this time.
In the end it was not guns or bombs that defeated the aliens, but that humblest of all God's creatures... the Tyrannosaurus rex.

KeU

Wow, Brachiosaurus! Looks like it will be in a more dynamic pose than W-Dragon.
Hope they do a Baryonyx eventually.
Both Parasaurolophus and Corythosaurus will be awesome too.

Brachiosaurus, ok.
Wonder how big it is going to be, since Nanmu tends to overexagerate their scaling, and release 1/30 instead of 1/35, but they can't go to far either with this one  ::)
Curious but not super excited since I alwlready own the W-Dragon, and I'm not a big fan of the Nanmu's more dynamic pose for now.

And yes, from JP licence, I think they still have to release Parasaurolophus, Corythosaurus (the different heads are a good idea) and Baryonyx (my most wanted).
Dilophosaurus and Pteranodons as minis (like the 1/35 velociraptors), unless they decide to change scale for those after that, same for velociraptors.
