Alright, that is indeed the ultimate Tyrannosaurus model. That will surely be the best figure this dinosaur will ever have had. Every single year lots of T.rex figures are released, but how useful is that? I can name less than 10 Tyrannosaurus figures that are actually good: Safari's, Carnegie's, the 2 CollectA Deluxe versions, Battat's, Kaiyodo Sofubi's, Rebor's upcoming version and this one

I would add to that list the PNSO large vinyl, the 2016 small CollectA, and for nostalgia's sake, the Invicta.

Does anyone else think that the T. rex contrasts better with the Torosaurus than the Triceratops? Red vs blue, the eternal struggle between opposing forces. Sadly, the Torosaurus is not slated for 1/35 scale.

They probably will look really good with each other, even if I didn't shoot for it (but well there's plenty of time to order one).

What scale is the Toyway WWD Torosaurus (and Ankylosaurus) in? Would be cool to see the eventual 1/35 scale Kickstarter WWD inspired one with it.

Would definitely be interested in a 1/35 scale Torosaurus with WWD-inspired colours. While WWD's dinosaur designs never struck me as particularly pleasing, the colours/patterns were always so nice, nostalgic and iconic.

Again I wonder when the WWD version of T. rex will be revealed (although I'm pretty certain I'll be going with the regular version). Might be nice to save it for last. What I'd really like to see revealed next is another feathery tyrannosauroid like Guanlong or Suskityrannus.

God bless you David and all the co-workers of Creative beast Studio! I am so much pleased to see the final artwork of this epic creature that I couldn't hold my emotions. You have really opened the Ark of Covenant. My childhood desire is finally going to be true in action figure.

Bistahieversor´s model and the articulation layout for this figure (body 3) - that will be the same for larger bodies 4 and 5 :

And 1/18th scale adult T-Rex with the juve (size comparison and colors):

It is really cool to see the inner workings of how the final figure will be, that is so often seldom seen.

I really appreciate the image of the adult with the juvenile to give an idea of rough scale. I think I also mentioned this before but the adult rex will be roughly about the same length as the Mattel Jurassic World Mosasaurus (which is 28 inches long). I think the Kenner Bull rex is also similarly sized, so this will be much larger or longer then any of the Mattel Jurassic World Tyrannosaurus (and also the Spinosaurus and Indominus rex) toys. So if anyone happens to have one of those on hand, it may be helpful to use it as a guide on spacing in advance. I definitely hope I have the shelf space by then for this behemoth (and the ceratopsians I have pre-ordered that may ship out before the end of the year).

I think the best existing toy to compare it to size-wise would be the original Kenner JP T. rex, at least in terms of length. No doubt the BotM will end up being bulkier.

Very much eager to see the final artwork of Daspletosaurus/Tarbosaurus/Teratophoneus.

just curious, could the juvie tyrannosaurus figure stand in for a smaller tyrannosaur species?

Probably, although the colour scheme gives it away immediately. You could pretend it's a Tarbosaurus or a Zhuchengtyrannus juvenile at least.

Speaking of Tarbosaurus, I'm dying now to see what its colour scheme will be. Tiger snake would be neat.

I'm really curious about the Tarbosaurus color scheme as well. It's definitely on my to get list either way since it is one of my favorite tyrannosaurids.

After today's reveal of the brown Monoclonius package art, it's got me wondering when we may see the first package art piece for this series pop up and who the artists will be this time.

Flaffy

Hope that Tarbosaurus will be getting a more natural and subdued colour scheme like Tyrannosaurus.
I just can't imagine a Tarbosaurus in flashy, extravagant colours like the Triceratops and Torosaurus.

suspsy

The tiger snake would work well for Tarbosaurus.

Now this is an anatomically accurate T.rex in all respects. An immortal sculpture indeed!! This has fulfilled my unquenchable thirst for an accurate T.rex sculpt till my childhood.

Faelrin

I kind of feel like it looks shrinkwrapped around the head, though the Bistahieversor looked a bit as well to me (and same sculptor). I did see folks pointing that out on instagram at least, so I guess I'm not alone in noticing that. Thankfully if this is worth being concerned about there is time for it to be corrected.

Could avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin or someone else add those new sculpt images to the OP, please?

Sorry I got distracted with stuff and forgot to add them. I'll add them in a little bit after making dinner.

Edit: I added one of the pics of the adult rex sculpt. If anyone wants me to add some of the others to the OP let me know.
