I really like that figure not only for its realistic paint color and it is a lipless theropod. What I didn't know was that juvenile tyrannosaurs had such an elongated sickle. My lifelong view of the juvenile tyrannosaurus was not that. However, he is a scientific figure, rather highly scientific. But I have to confess that I mistook it for a qianzhousaurus.

But that said, these theropods, tyrannosaurus and their family are even better in quality than their ceratopsid counterparts.
Some of the ceratopsians are actually just as good as the tyrannosaurs seen so far in my opinion. Those being the Styracosaurus,Medusaceratops, Protoceratops,Psittacosaurus and Triceratops. :)
So far the tyrannosaurs I'm most curious to see finished sculpts of are the Tarbosaurus and Yutyrannus.

Bit curious myself to see if the Tarbosaurus is different enough from the T.rex to warrant purchasing.

Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?

Well, the Tarbosaurus is going to be significantly smaller than the Tyrannosaurus rex in addition to having a totally different colour scheme. And judging from the images we've seen thus far, the heads will be distinctly different.

Bistahieversor painted prototype on FB

Here's the link. That red/black/tan combo makes for a really lovely color scheme.
Check out my customs thread!

Gives me demon carnotaurus vibes and I am here for it!

Here's the image for folks that don't do FB:

This is going to display so amazingly well with the Pentaceratops (which is from the same formation). Maybe the Atrociraptor too. Similar colorations.

Magnificent figure of bistahieversor will be spectacular to combine all tyrannosauroids with their ceratopsid counterparts. BoTM is doing a titanic job marketing new dinosaur figures.

Sorry I'm a bit late in getting this done, but this has been added to the op now. Only 4 more colored concept arts left?

Eotyrannus, Moros, Albertosaurus, and Teratophoneus are still left. Oh, and the KS exclusive WWD T. rex.

I love it how Silva collects the same kind of action figures I do. Makes it a lot easier for me to judge their sizes, not that size matters...

...In a scale-less world where the scales are all over the place. Last night I ended up yelling at Taco for being too big. I'm very excited for his 1/18 scale Protoceratops and Psittacosaurus. I believe a raptor was being included there.

Also, I want to give all of my love to the Glow In The Dark Zuniceratops figures. God knows I have a few glow-in-the-dark figures that have made it into my collection over the years. It's super fun when you have a blacklight. Do I have to donate to the kickstarter in order to get it? I still am not fully clear as to how these things work.

avatar_EmperorDinobot @EmperorDinobot no, the Kickstarter for the ceratopsians has passed and I don't think the glow figures are available through BackerKit. There are two versions of the glow in the dark Zuniceratops: the green one is exclusive to Creative Beast's web shop, and the orange one is exclusive to ToyPizza.

avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres Actually you can preorder the green one through Backerkit right now. It's right with all of the other wave 2 preorders.

Bistahieversor is finished (with a fully gallery coming soon), with Lythronax to be painted up next:

It's beautiful! I wish the larger theropods had that striking of color schemes.
