Incidentally, the guy also mentioned 'cool new Papo dinosaurs' that were due next year, but he wasn't allowed to say what they were. But hey, it sounds intriguing! :)
Yes,of what he says is very exciting.Anyways he let us know that there's going to be moar than 1 cool Papo dinosaur in 2014 ,this makes it even more exciting.

That's true, he specifically said 'dinosaurS', so there must be more than one release next year. :)

And cool dinosaurS!  ;)
However, Papo will probably be announcing their new figures in December(I say it because in recent years Papo have done it in December)So it would still be a 5 months-wait from now.
But that's exciting and,as you said, intriguing.Glad to know that it is going to be released moar than 1 cool
Papo dinosaur for 2014...  ::) :))

Now that I remember...Is not the Papo Wooly Rhino supposed to be "exclusive"?:

If someone could explain it me,I would be grateful
Thanks! :)

Everything_Dinosaur

The image does not look like the standard Papo image that was available prior to launch and we suspect that the company selling this model has produced this as part of its own marketing efforts.  It was always Papo's intention from what we understand to make this model universally available.  Perhaps the company that produced this was stressing exclusivity on the price or some other aspect of its offer.  We are sure you are not alone in coming across such promotional material.

It used to be exclusive, but it got a wide release later on. Papo does this occasionally, release figures in France first and around the world a year later. Same thing happened to their Oviraptor. And I hoped this was also the case for the brown running T-Rex...

Say hello to the newest Kaiyodo Capsule figures, due late October (according to the guy selling the preorders)

My living room smells like old plastic dinosaur toys... Better than air freshener!

Patrx

Those look very promising! Where might I be able to pre-order them?

Blade-of-the-Moon

Cool ! Any word yet if Kaiyodo has plans to release any more larger pieces ?

In Japan. Probably at a museum vending machine. There will be sellers who are charging a lot for them, mostly out of Japan or nearby. The idea of 'pre-orders' for something that comes out of vending machines seems a little fishy to me.

A seller in Japan, yes, but they want like 60 USD for it. I think its safer to wait until they actually come out.

Point taken! I shall endeavour to be patient.

Wow the Papo Dimetrodon is outstanding!  :o.It really breaks the usual color scheme for Dimetrodon-which is red and green, and a bit boring-.It's also extremely detailed-nothing new,and accurate ,which is "recent".Excited about it!Also, wondering what dinosaurS will they surprise us for next year... ::)

It's atleast more diverse than their Tyrannosauroid-Set, which only had two species.

There seems to be a pattern here:
Six Figures, all belonging to the same Family or Superfamily
One "Stock Dinosaur", which gets atleast 4 figures: a Skull, a complete Skeleton and a minimum of two Life-Reconstructions.
The other figures repesent recent discoveries.
Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Last year was trex and relatives, this year was tric and relatives.. I wonder if next year will be steg or raptor themed?

it would be really great if Kaiyodo would revert back to the diversity of the Dino Tales Series

Fingers crossed, it'll be raptors! They're bizarrely under-represented. Plus, if any company is gonna finally get the feathers right, it's Kaiyodo.

Yes that would be nice! Imagine Velociraptor being the main one with Microraptor and Sinornithosaurus being featured also. :)
Don't you hate it when you legitimately compliment someone's mustache and she gets angry with you?
