I want to wait until there are product listings (like there was of the Kentrosaurus, complete with the Mattel product code) or product images to add those. The fact most of that doesn't line up to what was revealed and what we are getting so far has me very skeptical of it unless it was all in a very early stage. If any of is coming out I imagine it will be much later in the year.

I forgot to mention this earlier but there's a new 12 inch basic Parasaurolophus and yet another Pteranodon on the way. The Spinosaurus is getting a repack as well which is nice to see for those that missed out on last year's release of it.

I wonder if most of those were just pushed back til next year or this is late 2021 items?

I might get basic Para, kinda wish it wasn't so exactly like the electronic figure though, maybe a bit diff pose?

Yeah, it does resemble the Siats. I'm assuming those are osteoderms on its neck and not feathers. I wonder how big it will be?

Probably Albertosaurus or Siats sized I would guess?

Thanks for sharing that list avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon . 'Just happy there might still be a re-release of the Quetz. Losing 2 of the first release to the shipping mess created by COVID was a downer.

I'm hoping it's a Firebeak repaint/Kenner tribute too.

I'm still missing a Gasosaurus and a Scutosaurus, hoping those see rerelease.

I went ahead and preorderd them.  We'll see if they actually get them in first this time.  I canceled my last ones as Target was faster and so was Amazon. The free shipping helped too.

I'm still bummed we haven't seen a Claire figure, from everything I understood she was a main character in terms of story moreso than Owen even despite Pratt's Star(lord) power.

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon Yeah it is really shocking to me that they haven't done her yet. I really hope they do at some point. I think I will wait until these go in stock. I take it these will be June's Beyond the Gates reveal on Target. Then there are 2 more for the Amber Collection the next month/July as well.

I hope we get adult Dimorphodons unlike the Pteranodon.

I'm gonna say...should be. They are a lot smaller, though it says they will be a 2 pack set.

Hmm but it says they will be out in June..currently.  So unless its not much of a preorder..idk.  Target's exclusives with the JP/JW line all hit and miss.

Entertainment Earth now has most of the first batch of Dino Escape figures up for pre-order as well as the new Amber Collection figures now for those interested, other then Amazon. Collect Jurassic has a handy checklist for those interested for a quick way to bookmark all these:

Got in package pics for new Stegosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus finally as well.

Better pics of the new Masiakasaurus and Sauropelta repaint as well:

Might get the Stego in stores. I do like TLW coloration.

That Masiakasaurus has great detail, til you get to the teeth..woof.

suspsy

You could easily pass that Masiakasaurus off as some other small generic-looking theropod and no one would be the wiser.

Ontario is still in the middle of another lockdown right now, so Walmart has blocked off their toy section among others and Toys R Us is closed completely save for online shopping. It's annoying because not everything they sell in the store shows up on their website.

avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon That's what I plan to do for the Stegosaurus. And my thoughts on the Masiakasaurus as well. So close, but still so far. Either way I ordered that one, as a species completionist thus far.

avatar_suspsy @suspsy That's a stark comparison to how things are in the US (or at least in my immediate region). Those parts of the stores have been open for quite some time, even far back into 2020. The only time there was any real lockdown around here was in early to mid 2020, where non-essential stores where closed, and some sections of Walmart, maybe some Target stores, where closed off. Other then recommendations and some stores requiring masks, it's as if things are back to how they were pre-pandemic (with many restaurants, etc even having dine in options available now). At least vaccination numbers around here are increasing still.

really sucks that they wasted such phenomenal detail on this demon lol

Letting folks know I updated a ton of images (mostly higher quality ones from retailers, or from Collect Jurassic where applicable), and added some more. Not 100% done, but going to take a break for the meantime, and get back to it later tonight, if not sometime tomorrow.

Appalachiosaurus

Man, that is one ugly Masiakasaurus.

anyone else kiiinda dislike the skull of the carcharodontosaurus?
like i would not recognise what genus that was AT ALL if noone told me! too thin!

other then the wrists, imo this is the superior design, better colour scheme and the skull is way more accurate, i can tell what it is instantly. And the colours!
beauuuutiful and memorable colour scheme. very eye catching.
i get that they're using JWE designs, which is cool!, but i do prefer this one, i wonder if im alone in any of my feelings or if anyone here feels similar/the same

Wait, HAHA! Did you try to use a phone game to show how an accurate Carcharodontosaurus skull should look? Why didn't you use a skeletal? Or paleoart? Or, y'know, an actual skull?

Stegotyranno420

avatar_Appalachiosaurus @Appalachiosaurus I believe he was referring to the design and colors(since both are jp related), not just the accuracy. More accurate doesn't necessarily mean accurate. The jp spinosaurus is more accurate than the retro spinosaurus, but its not accurate by any means.
