Mojo just started to reveal there Prehistoric animals. First off its this Smilodon

suspsy

That looks rather nice. Mojo's megafauna has been great in the past; hope there's more in store than just this Smilodon.

Wow I really like how this one looks. I may have to order it eventually. I also agree that their megafauna has been pretty good in the past as well. Hopefully they have more in store.

I bet it will pair great with CollectA's offering.
Most (if not all) Rebor figures are mid

I completely agree with this statement. Although it is a promotional image, I prefer it over Papo's, Safari's, and CollectA's. Rebor showed teaser images of one, but it will be quite a while till that one debuts.
This one for sure is a beauty!

Yeah, my impression too. Hopefully, sizewise, that holds up.

Wow, Mojö is just killing it. Their modern animals already look like the best put out this year and hopefully this Smilodon is a sign of a similar trend for their prehistoric species. Betweenn this and the CollectA Doedicurus, I'm happy that 2021 is finally allowing me to replace more of the old Safari mammals, which had been the definitive versions of these species, to me, for so long. Now, if only someone could get around to a decent Megatherium....

Shonisaurus

That smilodon is spectacular! Honestly it will be if I'm not mistaken one of the best smilodon that exist in the toy dinosaur market along with Rebor's.

That smilodon leaves its counterpart from the same brand in a position of shame. Hooray for Mojo!

Halichoeres

So it looks like this is going to be it from Mojo this year. I guess not terribly surprising given they had a huge set of releases last year.

Well, if this is it, that's fine by me. I'm happy to have one figure I really want, as opposed to 10 I couldn't care less about, which was the case last year.

Faelrin

Well I can't say I'm surprised this is it. I mean other then CollectA, Schleich, and PNSO mostly, it seems most of the toy companies discussed around these parts often have been pretty impacted by Covid-19 and have had smaller offerings for 2021 so far.

Stegotyranno420

ah shoot, only 1 figure this year? aw man.
I honestly believe 2020 was their best year

Thialfi

Woooow, I love this! Great stance and sculpt, with those powerful front legs. I'd really want this. I hope we get some more prehistoric mammals from Mojo. Like said, their previous offerings have been pretty darn good.

One decent quality prehistoric toy is better than none at all.

By all means.

Does anyone have any idea when this smilodon releases?

edit: I just asked Mojo, will come back here when I have an answer. All their other 2021 stuff seems to drop around May, so I expect the same for this figure.

andrewsaurus rex

that does look pretty good......but  pre pro's always do.  I hope the production model looks as good.

Anyone know the dimensions?
