Check out  Guilherme Bilinski Bertolazzo's new Apatosaurus model here : https://www.facebook.com/GuilhermeBilinskiArt

it looks fantastic and super detailed I think. He has fully painted versions for preorder and hopes to have them ship in 3-4 months.

Saw this on instagram last night. What an absolute beauty this is.

It's fantastic. I just preordered mine tonight. Guilherme is only asking half the cost upfront and the rest when ready to ship. Payment via Paypal.  Contact him to order..it's going to be pretty limited.

I think 100 pieces. Preordered mine within the first hour(s). I've been waiting for this giant to be fully revealed since the very first pictures *_* It's price means that PNSOs Theri and a lot of other figures will have to wait for quite some time though. But I think it's a very fair price to ask for.

*And that Nanmus version is getting sold.

Concavenator

What price is the painted version sold for? I don't find it.

P.S. That's a Brontosaurus, not an Apatosaurus.

Flaffy

How much is this? I've been following this model for a while now, but he never specified the price for this for some reason.

You have to message him, has has to figure in shipping to the quote he gives. For me it was 260 USD plus shipping bumped it up to 310.00 USD so I paid half that amount to secure one.

I swear he called this an Apatosaurus at some point, maybe last year? But I checked again and yes he is calling it an Brontosaurus excelsus now. So I changed the heading.

Thanks for the information! He certainly costs a pretty penny :o , but a reasonable price considering the crasftmanship and SIZE. Out of my price range atm unfortunately as I still have plenty of stuff I need to catch up on (along with bills). But I'm happy for those who can acquire this magnificent piece.

I feel like only Eofauna or PNSO can rival the majesty of Bilinski's Brontosaurus.

Concavenator

Yeah, that's out of my reach as well... I'll keep hoping for someone else to release an affordable Apatosaurus (I feel like Apatosaurus has been overshadowed by Brontosaurus since it became valid again in 2015).

Bread

Easily one of the best 1/30 scale sauropods.

Nowadays with my collecting habits, I avoid these; however, I've been hovering around the idea to own one large sauropod (of course in 1/30 scale).

Edit: Forgot to add, has anyone ever purchased from this artists before? Not including this preorder.

Pre-ordered mine yesterday as well. And yes, Nanmu's Apatosaurus will be boxed, or sold.

Pliosaurking

Unfortunately I won't be able to get this figure as I still need to catch up on a lot of things. I hope everyone who can gets this figure as it's amazing!!

Faelrin

I had a feeling this would be out of my lane, lol. That said, I am looking forward to whoever does get their hands on it here.

This is so gorgeous! I've been waiting a long time to see this finished and it did not disappoint. I did contact him inquiring about a pre-order but at 260$ plus shipping for such a large figure, I'm having a hard time justifying throwing that kind of money at this, beautiful as it is. Of course, given the craftsmanship and the fact that this appears to be an independent artist handcrafting such a meticulous and sizable piece, the price point is well-earned.

Remko

Guilherme just posted an update on his Facebook page.

The figure is just about ready and shipping will start soon! Can't wait for my copy!!

And already a pre-release review on Andy's Dinosaurs.

Carnoking

Just sent my second payment this past weekend. Excited for this one!

Received my tracking number about an hour ago. I'm so EXCITED and already feeling impatient :))
