Quote from: Magcargoman on June 14, 2023, 07:02:17 PMDoes anyone know if/when the Collecta Hadrosaurus is going to become available in the U.S.?
Right now, all of the sellers are overseas and shipping is pricey.

CollectA figures usually become available in the fall in the U.S. But keep in mind that they're also generally more expensive in the U.S. too. When I placed my CollectA order last fall it ended up being cheaper to get them through Minizoo (Australia) than through a U.S. distributor. Shipping cost more but was offset by cheaper prices for the figures themselves.

Ivántirrophus

I dont like much Collecta figures, I only have Lisowicia and Smok by their quality. But Im interested in Koolasuchus and Ruyangosaurus. have you bought them? do you recommend them?

Halichoeres

I have both and I really like them. I generally like CollectA and have almost 90 of their figures; still, these are some of their strongest work.

I @Ivántirrophus , funny that you mention the Ruyangosaurus - I was just glancing at it (in a prominent spot). It is one on my best acquisitions of the year. I also recommend it.

Ivántirrophus

Thanks avatar_Halichoeres @Halichoeres and S @SidB, I will buy Ruyangosaurus. 😁
I can't find Koolasuchus anywhere, is it discontinued?

It literally came out a few months ago. But it's very popular and CollectA has terrible distribution

I @Ivántirrophus it's not that it's been discontinued, it's that most shops don't have it yet. I checked Tienda de Dinosaurios and they don't even seem to carry CollectA. MiniZoo has it in stock, that's where I got mine. Modellpferdeversand has it up for pre-order: https://modellpferdeversand.de/CollectA-88988-Koolasuchus-Cleelandi-pre-order-for-approx-November-2023
Everything Dinosaur, Happy Hen, and DeJankins will surely have it available later in the year.

EDIT: Dejankins already has it! https://www.dejankins.com/collectastandard/kool-88988-2023

avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin, they do have the Koolasuchus.

Really nice to see that Happy Hen got the 2023 CollectAs in so early this year!
Check out my customs thread!

Faelrin

@Dustry Wren Thanks. Maybe I did miss it. That said, the search didn't bring it up either, strangely, at least by genus name alone. Is anyone else having that problem?

Actually yeah, it's on the CollectA page but didn't come up in a search.

avatar_HappyHen @HappyHen by any chance are you aware of any potential retirement/s concerning CollectA's prehistoric animal figures for this year?

TlatolophusJuanorum

I've just received my Stegouros this weekend and I would like to share with you some pictures of it. ;D

Such an amazing chonk!
