Not a fan of this new titanoboa.  People were upset with the angry eyebrows on the last model, but I find this one I find to be completely made out to be a "monster."  This is completely unrealistic feeding behavior for any sort of snake, let alone a constrictor.

Your point is somewhat valid but it relies to much on linear behaviour. Do we really know what is happening here? The snake could have been disturbed or startled by something. It could have cought the crocodile in that very moment, just before its proper form of eating begins. Not to mention that the croc is hardly more than a tiny snack for this snake. I think REBOR looked at this by the way:  https://www.sites.si.edu/s/archived-exhibit?topicId=0TO36000000L5NmGAK

I mean I appreciate they are making an alternative model for those that missed out on the original due to the limited nature of it, even if it isn't the most accurate or realistic.

I like Rebor Figures. But it seems like there are like 3 new Things announced every Month but nothing is coming. If everything is coming, it will be a good Year/Years for Rebor i guess. Still waiting on the GnGs :(

A and B GNG rexes next month...

Oh! Thanks. I am really looking forward to this. I hope Urzeitshop or another german based Distributor will get these. Are these Instagram/Facebook News?

Yeah, Rebor's facebook is pretty good.

Im not really satisfied with the Titanboa, for 30€ i would say ok its decent and i dont care if the eyes are only golden spots and its already delivered with little bit of a torn neck - the box is too small with the crocodile pressed on the snake. But for 50€ i expect a premium model like most of their models are. This Boa almost feels like you can buy in a toy shop for little kids, only the paintjob on the snake is nice and i love the crocodile - the glossy look and the skin texture - but there could be a bit more detail on it for this price tag.

I own everything from Rebor beside 1,2 items like the colorless raptor embryo in the jar. I think the Rebor Broodlord X-REX Metallic Variant (1:35 scale) was the best product of them in this year, fair price, high quality, and its pretty heavy and huge. Yep its a Alien fanmade Rex but i can recommend it. The newer Titanboa model looks also very promising, kind of premium.

Glad to have my titanoboa now without a doubt the shortage of figures of that gigantic Rebor snake on the market makes the Rebor product more expensive. I'm also glad to have it on my shelves. What I like the most is that this snake has a slimy texture like snakes, although I also wish the skin was scaly like real snakes. To all this I affirm that I do not know what their skin is like and what the real body of snakes like the boa or anaconda is like, I speak from my absolute ignorance.

Wow!!!! That smilodon looks great. Honestly speaking, it seems to me it may be the best smilodon figure made in the collectibles market in terms of PVC figures, although it is still difficult to judge since it is only the prototype and it is not finished, I repeat, it may be the best smilodon figure in PVC made to date by far.

You have given me good news! Rebor's tyrannosaurus without articulation! That's great news, I can't wait.

Hopefully prices will be low enough to deter the bootleggers.

A "retro" dinosaur by Rebor? Rebor is tackling multiple goals in its sale of fictional and wild animal and toy dinosaur figures that are hard to beat.

Honestly glad to see them doing something really old school. Would probably fit in right alongside their oddities and some of their other things as an interesting display piece on its own. They definitely have a place in the history of what folks used to think these animals looked like. Much like the Crystal Palace reconstructions.

I'd love some modern Knight style Dinosaurs too, but Rebor's sculpting just isn't appealing. It's too textured and the pose looks stiff. Maybe it'll look better in person, but if their recent figures are anything to go by, I doubt it.

Blade-of-the-Moon

I would love more retro dinosaurs from Rebor, this one though I unfortunately just bought the model that Joe Laudati sculpted...

After seeing the one avatar_Blade-of-the-Moon @Blade-of-the-Moon posted I really have to agree. The one there looks so much more faithful then Rebor's over textured style. Really a shame they can't seem to break from that. More detail isn't always necessarily better. It's certainly strange too how the head is faithful but not the rest of it. Honestly does look a bit inconsistent the more I compare the two.
