We'll know when we know. If nobody has posted anything here by now, I'm guessing we won't be getting any leaks. We'll just have to wait for Safari's official announcement.

My guess and it is only a guess since I really don't know, is Thursday, October 1st. I am basing that on the posts the Facebook admin has been making for their Minotaur figure. They have been hinting that the Minotaur is looking for love and maybe he will find it soon. The latest hint says, "Looks like the Good Luck Dragon gave Minotaur a phone number! OMG
Will he meet someone next week? Stay tuned!"
So that leads me to believe they will reveal next week and it makes sense to do it in October since they have waited this long. That is my guess for what it is worth, but I could be wrong.

A reveal next week would be a nice birthday present!

Thank you for your Guess.   I just hope you right.    The wit for these dinos is KILLING ME ;D

I contacted them again asking about When they will show them and they said

"A little bit longer to wait"

Hence the words a little bit

Gargoyleosaurus is indeed a beautiful animal, but as a nodosaurid, it's very similar in appearance to Sauropelta. At least to lay people it is. I'd be surprised if Safari opted to release two nodosaurids in two years. If there is a thyreophoran among the 2016 six, I think it'll be either a stegosaurid (fingers crossed) or an ankylosaurid. Pinacosaurus and Tarchia would be prime candidates. Not to mention Ankylosaurus itself.

Time will tell!

I dont think it looks to much like Sauropelta

Lack of Shoulder spikes should be enough to distinguish it from the Sauropelta

Halichoeres

From Safari's Facebook:

"Here is your hint for today! It's a creature that lived in the Jurassic Period.
We also hear that it lived in the ocean during that time."

Lots of possibilities! Crocodilians, plesiosaurs, ichthyosaurs, coelacanths, ichthyodectids...

Also confirms earlier speculation that they wouldn't all be dinosaurs strictly speaking.
In the kingdom of the blind, better take public transit. Well, in the kingdom of the sighted, too, really--almost everyone is a terrible driver.

That's a pretty open-ended clue! I doubt it'd be a coelacanth though, seeing as they released a generic one only a few years ago. I also doubt they would release another plesiosaur after the recent Elasmosaurus. Maybe it'll be Leedsichthys, or some sort of metrionychid.

amargasaurus cazaui

Authors with varying competence have suggested dinosaurs disappeared because of meteorites...God's will, raids by little green hunters in flying saucers, lack of standing room in Noah's Ark, and palaeoweltschmerz—Glenn Jepsen

Mosasaurus !!!!

Could be, what with its presence in "Jurassic World" and all. That said, Safari did release a Mosasaurus fairly recently. We could still use a new one, but personally I'm hoping for something else. A fish or metrionychid could be nice.

Patrx

Erm, but isn't Mosasaurus from the Cretaceous, not the Jurassic?

Yutyrannus

Temnodontosaurus or Ophthalmosaurus would be nice, I would love a nice Rhomaleosaurus figure as well.

Indeed it is.

I think it'll be either an ichthyosaur or a metriorhynchid.

Keen observation right there. I didn't know that offhand.

stargatedalek

It could still be a dinosaur technically speaking, assuming of course I have my facts straight about early sea birds (which it's entirely possible I may not).

A Dakosaurus would be a great figure.

I agree, that would be cool! I don't think anyone's done it yet.
