I'm...not liking the eyeball. It looks so creepy. But maybe that's actually a good thing, because Quetzalcoatlus was absolutely terrifying.
It's a shame I can't put it in the walking pose, but oh well. If it was stuck in one pose, I'd rather it be flying than walking.

I'm so confused. How are you seeing the eyeball in those pics. It's barely visible.

These pterosaurs with the action feature button brings back memories of Tyco's Dino Riders.

Mussaurus also appears to be one of the more "cartoony" figures in the line, like the Proceratosaurus, for example. It's stylized, for sure; but it's still a charmer.

The Mussaurus may not be the most accurate to the species, but in person I feel it looks surprisingly natural and "Jurassic Park". I'm in love with mine.

It looks accurate to me, there's a bit of neoteny going on but otherwise this is rather true to the actual Mussaurus. I would say that this model will get solid reviews across the board due to a number of factors including, accuracy, detail, paint app and most importantly, being such an obscure dinosaur. I believe it is also 1:1 but I could be mistaken. Mussaurus is definitely one of the better models for the line.

Yes avatar_tanystropheus @tanystropheus the Mussaurus is roughly 1:1 to a hatchling. Actually mentioned the scale in my review. It's is my favorite Attack Pack so far. I bought another one and repainted it to match the card and back of the packaging. https://youtu.be/bzDjGfe47w4 https://youtu.be/_4mWbMXL994

Well, I was able to track down an Albertosaurus in Florida...but while everyone here is talking about how their Walmarts are going crazy the ones here are pushing what little is left into clearance...

I guess Canada can't have nice things. I'm hoping TRU at least steps up, they've been pretty good so far.

Yes, thank you. Okay, that's where I got the 1:1 reference! And, your paint job looks exactly like the picture on the box and complements the other Mussaurus.

I ordered mine from Amazon and should be getting it within the next few days/weeks. I'm very impressed with it based on your video review and circulating pictures!

Also, I totally get the Land Before Time reference  :))

My Walmart has shrunk their Jurassic World display to about as small as they could make it. Just a single vertical row of pegs and one space devoted to the larger toys. It was sad to see, I doubt they'll be stocking them at all for much longer. I get it, they had to make space for Godzilla and Toy Story, among other things.

Uh I went to the page and looked through the photos, there's some up close shots and the eyeball is all yellow and green, kinda like how the stego's is orange. no black pupil to be seen.

Review is up for the new Proceratosaurus. It's a nice repaint but I do prefer the original color scheme. Also Charlie is definitely going to be the shelf warmer of this wave at 3 per case. I picked up another Charlie to do I repaint I've been wanting to do. https://youtu.be/Q7DYBIKhikw

CityRaptor

Jurassic Park is frightning in the dark
All the dinosaurs are running wild
Someone let T. Rex out of his pen
I'm afraid those things'll harm me
'Cause they sure don't act like Barney
And they think that I'm their dinner, not their friend
Oh no

Are you gonna turn her into Raptor Alpha?
yes I am avatar_CityRaptor @CityRaptor. Figure the paint colors where a dead give away lol

tanystropheus

The Proceratosaurus and the Tapejara, while nice models objectively speaking, do sport a cray-cray look.

That's what MY Walmart has done to Star Wars.  It's horrific to see that Fortnite and WWE have bigger displays than either Star Wars or Marvel.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

It's temporary though. They'll expand SW and JW when the new movies come out. I could personally care less about WWE and Fortnite but I'm not surprised that they take priority over JW. SW I'm a little more surprised about.

New dual attacks just showed up.

A very Papo-y Allosaurus:

Nasutoceratops:

Apparently these are connected to the new Netflix JW thing. They say " "As seen in 'Battle at Big Rock".

wow i didnt expect them to do a new sculpt for the allo where did you get these?

I just saw these on instagram now. They look amazing in both sculpts and colors. And now a second Jurassic Allosaurus toy sporting some inspiration from the Papo one too.

Gotta say I am seriously surprised at a new Allosaurus sculpt retool. Hard to see but the tail looks meatier now and of course the teeth are smaller and the head shape is even slightly different too. I wonder if this means a proper film accurate Sinoceratops at some point.

Edit: Seems to be for the Jurassic World short before the new fast and furious movie or something? Could be based off the creatures designs in that, and maybe not entirely the Papo one (in the case of the Allosaurus)? Hmm.

Another edit here: Anyone else remember when Amazon had listings up for these months ago? Here they are (though no idea if they actually will be getting these, but hopefully):

Allosaurus: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07HQZZ2TF/

Nasutoceratops: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B07HQYKPT7

Apparently Walmart has listings of these too (which they should since it seems that is where they have been found, but still no telling if they get them online and/or when if they do):

Apparently the head on the Allosaurus is rubbery too:

Great Allosaurus retool. Now, if they can also do the same with the Metri.

Nasutoceratops looks nice too!

Off Facebook, but they're originally from @tyranokoenigsegg on Instagram.

avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin I wouldn't put it past Mattel to make a new Sinoceratops, hopefully the colors are more faithful than this Allosaurus.

Shadowknight1

That Allosaurus looks way closer to what we were presented with in the movies than the first toy, that's for sure.

Again, not feeling the colours on the allosaurus, I think that in bright light like that, the cream colour and matte blue make it look less detailed than the sculpt really is.
It should look fine in some shadow though, haha.

I really didn't expect these, they just showed up in store without any sort of promotion??

Edit: The colours look fine in the picture, I just imagine it looking weird in stronger light lol. But whatever, it's a gorgeous sculpt! And the Nasuto is really interesting.

I wonder if they'll look like that in the short. We don't usually get colourful JP dinos like that ('part from in JP3)
