I would add the images but it is way too hot and humid to be on my laptop today. And it's only 8:20 am here. Edit: Guess the ac is busted now. Great.

So I'll get the op updated another day and someone may have to pitch in to add them here as I typically have done.

That said it looks so good and lifelike. Hard to believe this will become a collectible someday in the hands of us folks. Definitely plan to order this one next year or so I'm hoping. Doubt I'll manage it this year.

Edit: The 1/6 Dilong sculpt is finished too. Just thought I'd pass that bit of info along. Again sorry for not sharing images.

For those who don´t have Facebook or Instagram, here are the photos of the Dilong prototype:

Faelrin

Okay so it's much cooler now then earlier (humidity still terrible though), so I'm going to take the opportunity to get these added now.

S @Smilodon P. Thanks for adding those here for folks to see.

I will add the galleries of the Tarbosaurus and Guanlong that Candid Sculpts / antediluviananimals did.

Tarbosaurus:

Guanlong:

Now I'm not sure if David will have separate galleries for these two, but I guess I can add a pic each of these to the op if or until he does. So placeholders perhaps. Obviously the Dilong will get a pic added to the op under the sculpts section.

I suspect that the 1/35 WWD T. rex will be next done now that these two have been finished. I follow them on instagram so I'll catch wind of when it does happen anyways.

Tarbo is just stunning, look at that head! Guanlong is nice too. I will prob only be able to afford the smaller size range so this might be one I choose. I like his colors. And he'll flt nicely with the microraptor environment set.

Psittacoraptor

The Tarbo looks fantastic but the paintjob on the Guanlong looks a bit rough in comparison, also compared to the raptor series.

suspsy

Looks like Albertosaurus and Daspletosaurus will be the next ones painted. David has also stated that the Dino Riders T. rex will not be revealed until the Kickstarter.

Which is in just 22 days! ^-^

Has David confirmed a list of the first wave? I know both scales of the rex will be in it, but how about the others?

suspsy

No other confirmations besides the kings/queens. Did he announce the lineup ahead of time with the ceratopsian KS?

These box arts are helping to sell me on the figures I wasn't initially interested in :o

A bit behind on updating this thread, sorry. Been working on other things. Edit: Updated the op to include the new Teratophoneus artwork and the finished prototype for the 1/35th WWD T. rex.

Anyways need to share the fine cut progress on the 1/18th Tyrannosaurus, and the finished prototype of the 1/35th WWD T. rex painted by Candid Sculpts / antediluviananimals / Michael Whitworth:

I'm not sure how I feel about the segmented caterpillar tail on these but it's not enough to stop me!

Bread

Thanks for the images and updates avatar_Faelrin @Faelrin!

Those rexes look amazing, but I have to agree with avatar_Carnoking @Carnoking about the tail. Looks a little odd but I do prefer it over a wired, plastic/rubber mixed tail. However seeing the WWD color scheme applied on the rex makes the tail segments disappear, and hopefully that is true in person.

Eocarcharia

Dilong is now being painted, with the finished version to be revealed with the Kickstarter. Less than two weeks now!

Billions of boiled and barbecued blistering barnacles, that is one beautiful blue bad boy!

Seriously, this is making me tremendously sad that I don't have enough space for all of these suckers. Maybe I should just do a massive purge of my tyrannosaur shelf and devote it solely to BotM ones?
