Bit of news from Lana regarding shipping on the Brachiosaurus.  If you do their regular shipping deal on the walking version it will take approximately 45 days to ship now.  You can get air shipping on it for 35.00  The standing version requires special shipping regardless and can only be sent via fedex, cost is 85.00  .

QuoteThe air shipping cost for a walking version is 35 dollars, and we will send it to you by Yun Express. The standing version is limited in size, we can only send it to you by FedEx, and the shipping cost is $85, thank you :)

I placed an order for the standing Brach and it cost me $159.99 ($144.99 for the Brach + $15 for shipping)
The walking Brach is listed for $104.99

This is my first pre-order, so not sure what to expect - when the product ships, will there be an additional $60 charge to accommodate for the additional shipping cost? Or is the additional $40 in the cost difference part of the shipping cost?

Thanks for the info!

Hello, everyone. Watchmen is about to enter the stage of quality inspection and packaging. I believe they will meet you soon. Thank you for your support.

Thanks for sharing the photos and updates avatar_blnadal @blnadal, I've been behind on Nanmu news lately.

This one for me is really going to be a sit and wait for more in hand images before I decide on the variant. Especially since Nanmu seems to not be like Wdragon with limited stock, I am not too worried about waiting.

I wish Nanmu would try making a scientifically accurate figure, just to give it a go. Their JP figures are stupendous, but I'd love to see the same quality of those figures put into a new accurate one.

They'll run out of JP species eventually. After that, I'd love to see the same but I'd rather have the opportunity to complete an entire JP display with this level of artistry before that. Say what you will about the number of unofficial movie products in the market, but none have looked this good before nor are any likely to for such a relatively affordable price. For now, I'm happy with PNSO when it comes to scientific models, plus the occasional standout from other brands (i.e. REBOR's upcoming Kiss/Tusk and basically anything done by Eofauna).

Blade-of-the-Moon

I think we have a good enough option with scientific accuracy in PNSO that Nanmu can do pop culture pieces instead.  I just need them to expand a bit more past Jurassic Park/World.  They are very similar to Rebor . I think I've bought about as much Nanmu as I have Rebor maybe moreso?

I'm actually quite happy where we are currently in terms of what's out there to collect.  If your newer to the hobby then take an interest in all that's came before, there is a lot that deserves appreciation.

Any of you guys care to speculate as to what the candidates might be for future Nanmu releases?

I am really hoping for Venatosaurus from Peter Jackson's King Kong. We have yet to receive those in the market that are affordable, others are statues costing at +$200.

Another welcoming release from them would be a herd of JP Gallimimus. Nanmu could really pull these off.

I think an updated JP1 Rexy would be nice. I know everyone is sick of JP rexes but I think Nanmu really could fix their first rex. Their buck is beautiful and has excellent bulk but their first rex is too lean especially for Rexy herself. Reminds me more of JW than JP. Plus, JP Tyrannosaurus sells well. Although I won't expect this one for another year or so.

An updated "Beserker Rex" although we know its just an indominus but they can't really call this one Indominus due to licensing. Anyways, this one was teased and the original was one of their first releases. Looks out of place next to their new stuff.

Just my thoughts on possible future releases.

Remember they are releasing the Ultimasaurus, so if that one does really well then we could expect more things like that too.

I hope that we will get a Nasutoceratops. More ceratopsians in general, actually.

Blade-of-the-Moon

They need to bust the scale wall they have placed themselves in.  JP Gallimimus, Dilophosaurus, Compy pack , Pachycephalosaurus, Velociraptor , Baby Raptor in 1:1 , ect.. in larger sizes could be done.

Other JP/JW pieces, Pteranodon, Corythosaurus, Mamenchisaurus, Nasutoceratops..probably a JW Giganotosaurus by this time next year. Other folks are already making their figures, puppets, ect of him.   The film will have even more to do and so will Camp Cretaceous if they decode to use it.

Other creatures I'd like to see,  Smaug from The Hobbit,  Retro dinosaurs of several kinds, Terror Dog from Ghostbusters, a Gremlin, mammoth, a Killer Klown from Outer Space, werewolf, lots of horror things..

Takama

I Personally Wish (And i said this Several times) that they would Exaust the the Jurassic Movies before moving to anything eles.

That Includes EVERYTHING FROM THE MOVIES.

Too bad most people were disapointed in their Raptor Squad, so small species like the Pachycepahlosaurus and Dilophosaurus will not suffice in the 1:35 Scale ::).

Were people really that disappointed? I honestly disliked it due to it being the JW raptor squad because I would have preferred the original franchise colors. Still though, they seemed like very good figures. Was it the price point?

Sturisoma

I love the mouth and teeth sculpts of Nanmu's carnivores, so I would like to see them make 1:18 scale models of JP and JW raptors, as the raptor squad had ugly teeth. Also JP dilophosaurus, perhaps one with non-detachable extended frill with a menacing look, and one with his frill folded with a curious look. Outside of the Jurassic franchise, and I'd like to see them make a Monster Hunter anjanath. I think it will look good beside their upcoming Mordred.

SenSx

I think they can still make a 1:35 Gallimimus horde, but I doubt it (and I'd prefer a scientifically accurate model, so not from them).
Yes I'd love higher scale Velociraptors from Nanmu.

Still have yet to see a Nanmu figure that interests me  :(
