Moving from the newness of Showanna's introduction, I received these retro Invicta gems in the mail yesterday. Purchased off of eBay, they are in fine condition, with only a slight  paint rub on the factory painted Stegosaurus and very clean Megalosaurus (factory painted) and a beautiful classic monochrome Ichthyosaur, scratch-free -

Very cool, S @SidB! They all look beautiful. I had also forgotten the stands came in transparent versions too.

Thanks, avatar_Fembrogon @Fembrogon . You know, I should have looked at your previous post detailing the stand that you acquired more closely - I had thought that the stands came only in transparent plastic!

Well, some new goodies arrived for myself today, courtesy of eBay:

My first Giant Microbes set! I'd been wanting some more Opabinia in my collection, and lo and behold it turns out Giant Microbes had just the thing for me. Apparently this specific box set version is no longer sold, however.

...And another very special vintage acquisition in the form of the Invicta Troodon. I was under the impression this tended to be a rare and expensive figure, so you can imagine my surprise when three separate listings showed up for bargain prices.

SidB

Congrats on the Stenonychosaurus/ Troodon, avatar_Fembrogon @Fembrogon . I got mine in a Value Village bargain bag about a decade ago (couldn't beat that price), but I too was surprised at the recent online pricing.

Spinosaurus is in the house!!

My local Target had just one in stock, but not out on the shelf at the time; so a friendly employee was able to locate it for me. I'm a very happy camper today.

I got the Aerial Ambush Quetzelcoatlus, but it's a massive disappointment so I'll be returning it...

The far more enjoyable HC Stegosaurus also arrived, so today's not a complete bust.

A few additional new JW/JP items added this week:

I grabbed a couple more JW items on a whim at Target today. They're just neat, that's all. I can't help it.  :))

No, Spino, NO! Those aren't groceries!!

Very nice!!! Maybe I have to break my hiatus (which holds longer as aspected ;D )...but I would go for the grey one.

Thanks, avatar_Paleo Flo @Paleo Flo , glad to have been a bit of an inspiration.

Concavenator

S @SidB Congrats on the Euhelopus, and lovely display you got there!

Thanks, avatar_Concavenator @Concavenator . I must say, my displays have turned over 100% the last few months. Got to keep thigs from getting stale.

The new Hammond Collection Stegosaurus is super cool but the best part about it is now I can recreate one of my favorite fossil mounts in figure form!

Well, close enough that is. The neck and tail are a little limited in poseability but it gets the job done.

BlueKrono

Bummer there's no jaw hinge.

crazy8wizard

With how the Hammond Collection did jaw hinge the last few times on their herbivores, I'm okay with that. I'd rather have no jaw hinge than an ugly lower beak curl

Faelrin

avatar_BlueKrono @BlueKrono The weird thing is the HC Stegosaurus totally could have supported a BotM styled jaw. If you have any interest in customizing a figure, it can be done:

Finally got my hands on the Haolonggood Brachiosaurus!  <:j
(And one of the last couple Huayangosaurs. Love the little guy, very adorable).

Don't have pictures, but I got the Blue Brachiosaurus (was the only one that still had Huayangs and was my second choice for color) and the purple Huayangosaurus.
