Hey, these are actually rather neat! I like the pose chosen for the Stygimoloch.
My guess is this isn't the pose you'll see when it's finally released. They tend to tweet things over time as they release updates on their figures.

I don't.  Rebor doesn't have a good track record with dynamic poses like that.
I'm excited for REBOR's Acro!  Can't ya tell?

PhilSauria

Definitely up for that Stegosaurus - there are a lot of figures of this animal out there but not a lot of them are all that good. The one that I'd really like to see is the PNSO version. Fingers crossed that Safari also have one at the standard we are seeing as part of what's left to reveal of the 2019 range. But in the mean time I'll be adding this one to my wants list.

ITdactyl

Will be getting that Stegosaurus.  Hopefully it won't be green with red plates (no offense meant to those who like these colors on their steggie).

PhilSauria

Funny how that colour combo became the default for this animal - yeah that would be radical - a new colour sceme!

Minmiminime

I've got a feeling it probably will be the standard green with red plates, if "Melon" is anything to go by 😹 I'll take that though, this model looks exquisite. I like growth lines and wear and tear on the plates, I like the variation in scale textures, I love the fact the tail is up and the whole model has a languid, ponderous motion to it. I hope they don't make any changes to this one!

The Stiggy...interesting, pretty, pebbly texture to the scales! I'd have been tempted to introduce some variation to the plan on the body, though. Nothing quite as wild as Kulindadromeus, but maybe some bigger scales on the upper body as well as those along the spine, or maybe a bit of Saurian influence for the tail...but that's just me! The head detail is amazing! It's such a neat model I'll take that. The lower jaw looks like it may be designed to be articulated 🤔

In both, I'd probably pack out the eye sockets a little, but as my own eye sockets are quite visible this is another trope I'm more inclined to forgive 😉

Oh look, live herbivores for once. Maybe we'll get to see a live Tenontosaurus from Rebor?  ::)

Lots of new announcements, not a lot of releases. These 2 are certainly a welcoming sight, but would like to see previously announced figures get released first, or at least get an update on them.

Really happy with the direction that Rebor is going in at the moment. Still some JP inspired stuff, but at least they're going for the less obvious dinosaurs.

Even "Clover" has the same color scheme.

Faelrin

Honestly I'd like it if it matched Melon or Clover, for consistancy reasons. Plus it would be nice to display it alongside their Ceratosaurus.

Weird, what a coincidence that they're doing a Stygimoloch right now. I will say it doesn't look to bad, although the texturing looks a little overworked and uniform. I'm interested.

It won't be long till papo does one as well. JWFK really hyped up the herbivore to popularity

The Stegosaurus colour will certainly be the same as the baby version. Nice Stygimoloch, but I would definitely prefer a Baryonyx if they have to cash-in on JW. Or maybe the Mosasaurus they hinted at after the first movie came out three years ago.

I'm happy about it!  Stygimoloch and Acrocanthosaurus were two of my favorites that were introduced to me by Warpath: Jurassic Park, so I'm glad to get excellent figures of them!

Victoria's Cantina

I can go either way on the Stygimoloch, but I'm very interested in the Stegosaurus. The only things I don't quite like are the saggy skin at the neck and the large plates near the end of the tail. I feel like those plates should be smaller, and that there should be more of them along the tail.

That Stegosaurus! I've waited so long for this, definitely going to be an instant preorder! Stegosaurus is my all time favorite herbivore, so I'm glad its finally being done by them (and fairly accurately too, with the horizontal tail and spikes). I have messaged them about it and have a bit of info to share:

1. They are planning for a release in 1st or 2nd quarter of 2019 (although REBOR products tend to be delayed)
2. It will not have a base. They said that people don't appreciate the bases, and production costs have increased significantly since they first started, so they are doing away with bases. They also said they will start doing away with the fancy box packaging, for what I'm assuming is the same reasons

Stiggy looks good as well, but nothing will beat out Stegosaurus for me

Minmiminime

Ah, that's interesting to know! Thank you for sharing this information, avatar_empire3569 @empire3569 😊

It's a bit of a shame about the bases, but I can totally understand it, there must be a huge production cost element with some of them. The base that accompanies Savage is an artwork in its own right, the polystone base of Y-REX is rather plain but looks really good, the Dimorphodon pair have a piece of scenery which is far more than just a base, etc...I feel it tends to give the figures something of a living quality, like a little window into their world. Does this mean they're not going to do so many dynamic poses in future? That they've had enough of making JP style 'raptors, even? I guess they're now going to have to compete more on the same level as Papo, as well as find themselves up against up and coming scientific brands like PNSO and Vitae.

It's certainly been a very steep learning curve for them, they've produced an incredible number of models since their inception, and it will certainly be interesting to see what the future holds for them...

I hate to be that Guy But honestly, This makes me think that its about time they do away with the fancy packaging and bases.   ITs one of the main things that Kept me away from the line. (Also the fact that there not avalible at any of the places i like to shop at)

I completely agree. Never been a fan of bases, and never really wanted to pay extra money for an intricate, highly detailed base that I didn't actually want and will likely keep in a drawer. Rebor models are stupidly expensive, so I'm really hoping the removal of the bases helps to cut down costs.

I liked their boxes and bases though  :'( oh well at least hopefully prices are low

Would've loved to know about their Spinosaurus release quarter
