Apparently, there's a Stegosaurus at ~1:43-53, but I don't see it:

Where did the clip 00:40 to 01:10 come from? I'm struggling to find it on the website.

H @HD-man, the Stegosaurus is walking through a gully to the left of the biker.

Anyone notice the Kirby Enterprises sticker on the trailer? In the shot with the trapped Compsognathus.

I think this stuff is so cool, and dinosaurs loose in civilization is where this franchise should have went a long time ago. These clips remind me of this book I had as a kid, DinoPix by Teruhisha Tajima, which was a photography book showcasing photo-realistic dinosaurs living in our modern world. That book enthralled me in my younger days and watching these clips is like seeing that book come to life.

I'm enjoying this marketing campaign. There is even a video about the JP3 Pteranodons incident.

The Baryonyx sleeping beside the pool is probably my favorite, as well as the Brachiosaurus in the snow cause I love my Brachiosaurus. So glad we will see them again after FK.

Also, it seem there are some Pteranodons on my country...

Funny enough, a fan twitter account started doing something very similar recently: https://twitter.com/UpdateTonight?s=20&t=86qH68xcPLx0mBM-pOMULQ

Even Trevorrow himself noticed them: https://twitter.com/colintrevorrow/status/1522231291948806145?s=20&t=86qH68xcPLx0mBM-pOMULQ

The Giganotosaurus animatronic is pretty cool though. By the way, does anyone know if Yangchuanosaurus is appearing in this movie? There was a mini toy of it from Mattel, and the mini toys that were just released tend to be of animals that are appearing in the movie.

There is a larger 20.00 toy as well. I've heard it will be.

Thanks for the reply! That's good, if it is true. And the Yangchuanosaurus toys by Mattel don't look that far off from the actual animal (at least compared to you-know-who ::) ). The Dimetrodon also looks a lot better than it should, considering its co-stars.

The Dino-Tracker is pretty cool, too. Especially the clip of the Carnotaurus. Though the facts given on the animals are an utter monstrosity. The 3 tonne Tyrannosaurus, 13 tonne Giganotosaurus, and Allosaurus having better eyesight than Tyrannosaurus immediately jump to mind. I know people are suspending disbelief by suggesting this is in another universe, where dinosaurs aren't the same as in the real world, but general audiences probably wouldn't have that idea, and might absorb this information as fact. Ah well  :(

I wonder if Yangchuanosaurus, if it is in the film, is meant to take the place of Metriacanthosaurus from the original species list given the proposed synonymy at the time the original film was made. I've heard talk in the past of the Jurassic Park species being "M. shangyouensis" but I haven't seen anything official.

There's been some recent rumors floating around about Spinosaurus making an appearance according to its entry in the databook. I know the leaker said it's not in but things could change in the final cut right?

I enjoyed reading this article here (some nsfw language in it though), and watching the video as well:

https://variety.com/2022/film/news/jurassic-world-dominion-laura-dern-bryce-dallas-howard-dewanda-wise-1235275720/

Watching the three of them engage here was fun, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing their interaction's in the film. The people are what made Jurassic Park the classic that it was, aside from the groundbreaking dinosaurs at the time. This gives me a little hope we'll get more of that this time around.

I also totally agree with Howard's desire for more baby dinosaurs, ngl. I love the ones in this franchise so far (Bumpy, baby Blue, the baby Nasutoceratops, etc), so I'm looking forward to see how Beta's introduction to the series plays out.

Also minor spoiler alert here that was shown at the end of the video (I believe another article showed an image of these two, but still):

Spoiler
But I squealed inside seeing Wise's Kayla scratch "Leonard" the Lystrosaurus chin. That was adorable, and I can't wait to see more of the two of them interact as well).

The ending to Dominion has been leaked on YouTube. Be careful if you don't want to be spoiled!

And naturally, I watched it. Out of respect for other members, I won't share my thoughts.

Oh, I watched it. And that's THE EXACT STUPIDITY I WAS EXPECTING, nothing more and nothing less. This franchise is testing the tolerance of viewers to absurdity in unexpected levels. What it's shown is absolutely physically imposible to happen (even if a magician did it and dinosaurs had frog DNA).

Spoiler
When I read that the Therizinosaurus was involved in the final battle with the Giganotosaurus, I just knew what was going to happen. Given that Rexy is an old gramma and can't do nothing on her own I expected a "Fallen Kingdom" spike scene but with the theri. BINGO.

However, I have my ticket for June 10th because I love sci fi comedy movies and and everything that has dinosaurs or monsters. I expect to have such a funny time as I did (and all people next to me at the cinema by the way) with Jurassic World and Fallen Kingdom.

Same exact thought.

Yeah I am just going to wait till it's available on a streaming service.

I saw the Leaked Ending

Okay, I'll say what I think.

Spoiler
What an idiotic and unimaginative excuse for a climax. Trevorrow seriously thought it would be a good idea to just combine tag teaming from the first film and impalement from the second one? Once again he shows how shallow his creative well really is. And once again Rexy is made to look weak. Can't win a single battle on her own.

But it's not like I'm the least bit surprised. I concluded a long time ago that Dominion was going to be dreck and this only confirms it even more.

Spoiler
It feels like the final fight in the fourth film was meant to be a redemption of sorts after the rex was taken down so quickly in JP///, but misses the mark with the raptors and mosasaurus coming in to help. The rex killing the new giant theropod on its own would have made more sense to come back from JP///. I also think that the dinosaurs taking sides and fighting together really goes against what the first film did to portray the dinosaurs as animals, not monsters.

There's so much that I think the Jurassic World trilogy could have done better by approaching them the way they were done in the original trilogy, especially when it comes to the overall realism of the film. Special effects were used much more sparingly and the films had more believable acting and realistic situations. Everything that happened in the first film could have happened in real life, except for cloning dinosaurs of course.

That being said, I'm still excited to see Dominion and you bet Jurassic I'll be first in line on June 10th.

REMOVED, SORRY FOR SPOILERS
An oversized house cat.

Spoiler
Sigh. I am really upset about the Spino dying "again", from what people are saying. Does there have to be a giant epic battle in every movie where the "bad guy" dies? Just brings a worse reputation for the creature and is underwhelming and predictable. Glad to see their using theri as a "good guy" here, just in the wrong way.

Watched before it was taken down. Pretty sure Duna just typo'd up there. The fight doesn't involve a Spinosaurus. Just in case you don't want to know, I wont say who it does, but you can probably guess.
